The guys that are cutting the grass are not professional at all. Who cuts dry grass? We have to run to put up our windows in our cars...because they're blowing dirt into our cars & in the tracks of our patio doors. Their contract should be "cut when needed". 4 people doing a job that it only took 1 man to do last year & he was so much better. Has anyone in your office come to see the condition this place is in? I seriously doubt it. If you have...when are you going to power wash these buildings,& fix the rotted boards on the decks of the upstairs units...not safe at all. It is not the manager's fault (3 in 4 yrs.) Please do your job & make this property what it use to be. Appearances are everything!!
