For my first visit, I commented on the doorbell situation, but they explained to me that insurance requires this because of the high value of items in stock. It's either that or a security officer. I'd rather ring a doorbell. Shopping at SR is an experience. Having a personal shopper with you is amazing and luxurious, but I've told them I'm just looking around & have called on them only when needed. They'll do either as far as my experience goes. As far as the pricing goes, high-end jewelry is a luxury. It's a want, not a need. Every piece I've purchased from there has appraised for more than I paid. I've even checked with other jewelers before purchasing, and they always have agreed that it was worth equal to or less the amount they were asking. I can only assume with the previous negative review that this particular person hasn't shopped anywhere you can purchase a $200k engagement. (I know I never did - other than an occasional Tiffany's trip - until coming here!) So - back to my review - I don't have many pieces of real jewelry. I'm a fashion lover (and coincidentally a jewelry designer) & my tastes change with the trends so quickly that I feel as though only my most special and classic items will get the wear they're worth as real pieces. When…read moreI had an internet failure last month I contacted Love IT, and was told they don't dealt with Starlink installations any more but would follow up since I was a previous client. The first sign of trouble was in getting anyone in the office to return my calls. I should have looked elsewhere right then. The technician who they sent was unfamiliar with much of the equipment, and had major problems running the new cable through the wall and attic, and then set the Starlink dish face down on my metal roof, scratching the paint (he told me to tell Starlink the damage was due to a tree falling on it.) He tore the plug off one end of the cable and spliced it back together. So no internet connection. (Starlink is sending me a new cable after I sent pictures.) Joseph contacted me and said he'd send someone else out the next day, but no one called or came by. Three attempts to contact them through the office or directly by calling/texting Joseph went unanswered. This is some of the most unprofessional behavior I've ever encountered. Which is a shame, because the first time I used them they were stellar.
