If you need tires, Wayne and his team at Able Tires, Concord is a great place to start. Both my daughter and I purchased a full set of new tires within the last year. After my daughter moved to Wilmington, she started having tire issues, one tire kept losing air. She took her car to a random shop, and they told her both back tires were bare. Worried, with no extra money to spend right now, we communicated with Able Tire for the warranty on the tires. They directed her to take her car to an in-network shop in her area, give them their name and number, and they would take care of it. Within a few days, she had four brand new tires, no out of pocket cost to her. What a relief to know she is safe, but what exceptional customer service and efficiency on assisting with this problem. And all long distance. Kudos to the team at Able Tire. We need more men, teams, businesses, and people with true character and integrity. Thank you!

He had heard my questions but was busy with another customer. After I left he pulled the Invoice, called me to ask about my experience, when I explained, he asked me to come back at my convenience and I returned later and received a refund for the overcharge. Anyone can mess up, but I appreciate a man that makes it right.

She called me and asked about it, and I told her that her windshield wipers were fine because I just checked them since we recently had snow. But since he was only charging $20, I told her to go ahead and let him do it since that's a pretty good price. When she went to pay at the register, he said it was $20 each windshield wiper! Again, the windshield wipers were fine. They were not torn, they were not leaving any streaks, nothing. Total rip off. He was obviously taking advantage of a young girl.

The management there does not call or contact or speak with individuals even when ask to speak to management. You get crickets. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere for vehicles. Service and sales are shady and shoddy at best. Turning them in to Virginia motor vehicles board and letting their financiers know so they can be throughly audited and hopefully clean up their act in relations to sales, service, and relations with th public.
