The love and care and compassion that they have showed my 90 year old Dear Aunt Jane is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced in the service industry. They ALWAYS came through in the worse of circumstances and no matter what I had to change they changed with me. Caroline and Susan are 2 of the best, hands down, in their company in all aspects of their business. The Angel they sent to us, that took care and loved us as if we were her family. Brenda Brown is nothing short of a Angel on Earth. There is no one better for this type of loving and care giving work. When I contacted Visiting Angels so many years ago, they promised me the perfect person for My Aunt Jane and they nailed it!! Brenda has been the loving force of keeping my Aunt safe and loved and totally cared for. She is an Angel on earth. She loves my Aunt and cares for her even better than I could do. The owner is a RN and is not only qualified but is a caring person and a good business woman. She has had the same Schedulers and Bookkeeper for years and is well established. Complete Care chose a mature, experienced caregiver for me who I am happy with. In my case a caregiver is needed to help with light housekeeping, grocery shopping, cooking and laundry. It is a relief to have competent, trustworthy help during recovery. And she is easy to get along with and punctual. My family has been pleased with every aspect of Complete Care's service. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE…read more They are responsible for my mother's death. They left my mom who was blind lying in her urine and feces time and time again. My mother would call for help and no one would come. I hired a person to come sit with my mom and they found a way to kick her out of the building because she was bringing up issues of negligence to attention. I was traveling and a friend stopped by to see my mom. She called me hysterical because my mom was in her urine and feces . I have photos of this happening TWICE. But the worst part is my mother had been complaining of pain in her leg. I asked the staff to do an x-ray. They never did. After my friends call I took my mother out in 24 hours and put her in a 4 bedroom home. They proactively did the xrays and determined my mom fractured her hip. That is a death sentence. My mother told me she tried to get up to go to the bathroom after waiting forever, and she fell. She was #&#(#(@ BLIND!! How hard is it to help someone to the bathroom??? I guess to Tucker Wellness, it was worth letting her die. I had few options for my mother as she was on Medicaid. In hindsight I should have not gone back to work and just let everything go financially to keep my mother alive. It wasn't worth it. My mother died in pain. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO MOVE AROUND, TALK, SEE OR THINK FOR THEMSELVES.
