I was constantly thinking about the meaning of life, and the purpose. My mom had suggested I see a therapist. I started to see Forest, and she helped me become who I am today. A few months into seeing her and starting to work past some personal issues, I had lost my dad. It was absolutely heartbreaking. My mom reached out the morning of, and Forest made time to see me.
