Most places refused to do this, but the delivery staff from DelMar was glad to do so! I went in when I had saved the money to pay for the refrigerator and delivery. They were very patient with me. They showed me what was in stock and told me choices I could order. Once I picked out my refrigerator and paid for it, they scheduled my delivery. Unfortunately, someone loaded the wrong refrigerator on the truck, so when they first got here, the delivery guys realized it wouldn't fit. Checking his order, he realized someone at the store made a mistake. I thought I might have to wait for another day for my new refrigerator, which upset me because everything from my old refrigerator was now in insulated bags and I wasn't looking forward to unloading and loading them back up another day. However, the delivery guys were so great! They went back to the store, unloaded the wrong refrigerator and loaded the right one, called me to let me know they were on their way back, and were back with my ordered refrigerator in just a couple of hours! They did a great job taking out my old, dysfunctional refrigerator and installing my new refrigerator with the minimal amount of fuss! They were wonderful!! I would consider them for any additional appliances I may need.

By 5:30pm I was able to get around the chat bots in customer service to talk to an overseas customer service that informed me our tech wouldn't be coming and they wanted to reschedule.
