When you pay $136 for a diagnostic fee that to me usually means checking out all the systems and see why my water pressure in the unit is so low. Your guy did no assessment. When I said here is the problem your guy said oh I already know what the problem is. He never bothered to check any of the systems in the unit. If I would have had to take a day off from work, this would have been a major problem. I'm retired so it was easier. We reset for Saturday morning. He came in stating that he wasn't going to charge us for the install because of his error the day before. But wait a minute, I already paid for installation and the part.
