Wow what poor customer service. Started with our Home…read moreWarranty claim The sent it to Top Notch they sent me an appointment time and then the night before they rescheduled. I understand something could come up. So when he got here he took my door off my refrigerator door and pointed to the name Samsung and said that's what's wrong with your icemaker. He took the tray out saw that it was cracked. Show me where they separate from the walls. They said when he came back out to replace the icemaker holder, he would caulk that up so the air quit getting in there and making it clump. I explained to him we were leaving on vacation. He said no worries calling him when we got back in town so I started contacting him the week before we came back home so that he could put us on the schedule three weeks later he had never contacted me back after many attempted phone calls text and emails. I got back in touch with our home #Warranty and they got in touch with him. He said the case was closed. I argued the fact so they set up another appointment. I cleared my schedule canceled three appointment and then at 9:30 the night before I got a text in an email stating that my appointment would be pushed back a day. This is so unprofessional two times in a row he did that to me. I know he couldn't run a business if I was to text him where all his clients was to text him, but I need to push it back a day and then not call him back so I called the HOME #Warranty people. He's not answering their phone number either. I would not recommend him for anything. He could be an awesome Repair person. I don't know can't get him to show up if you have time to sit around your house all day and wait for somebody. This could be your person but my times worth more than that.

Good service ... if you can get it…read more We've had Wolf Appliance Repair Services out to work on our Fisher & Paykel dishwashers on two occasions, once 2020 and again in 2025. On the July 2025 call, we requested a follow-up appointment to replace a part that the tech didn't have on his truck, but didn't hear back. I've tried numerous times on and off over the past 9 months to schedule a follow-up service call with them, without success. The owner, Rob Weld, never answers my calls, and won't respond to my voice text messages. I'd try someone else, but unfortunately, there are no other companies in the area that service Fisher & Paykel appliances. I contacted the place where we purchased them (C&D Appliance Studio in Marble Falls), and a very diligent employee there said she'd reach out to Rob on our behalf. He apparently DID answer HER call, and her reply to me was as follows: "I was able to reach Rob with Wolf Appliance Repair. He has asked that you please send him a text, and he will reach out on Monday! This will be his reminder to do so. He wasn't receiving any of your calls or texts because for some reason your number was blocked on his end, and he doesn't know how or why!!! He would very much like to help you." Well, the excuse that my number was blocked was bogus; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to leave voice or text messages with him. Regardless, I did send him another text, and also called him (no answer, left voice message), and to no surprise, never heard back. I followed up with C&D a few times over the following week, and they couldn't get him to call me either. Finally, they replied with a list of other service repair companies, none of whom work on Fisher & Paykel products. I guess it's no surprise that Wolf Appliance's website doesn't list a phone number or email address. Seems they really don't want to make it easy for you to reach them. I do see their truck in town from time to time, so I can only conclude that they will still provide service to SOME customers. I don't know what it is I did to alienate Mr. Weld, but I suppose that my only recourse at this point will be to replace my dishwasher, since I can't get Wolf to come out and repair it.

Rob and his team have been servicing our appliances since we moved to Kingsland in 2022. From our…read morewasher and dryer to our temperamental ice machine, they get them back up and running same day in most instances. Rob responds almost immediately and usually can have someone out within 24 hours. He recently spent a couple of ours talking us through the complexity of one of our appliances to help us better understand what was going on and options we might consider in the future. They will always be my first call when one of my appliances fails!

I was not impressed with Appliance Express. I contacted them because my 3 year old Whirlpool oven…read more(that was in the house when I bought it) kept randomly losing power. I wasn't sure if it was an electrical issue in the house or a problem with the oven, but I started with the appliance. I made an appointment with Appliance Express--they couldn't tell me until the day before what time they'd come out, so I had to allocate the entire day to stay home. The day before they texted me with a time range, so narrowed it a bit. On the day of the appointment the repair guy called me when he was on his way, which was helpful. The repair guy was very nice but didn't strike me as being terribly knowledgeable about our particular oven. However, he suggested that it needed a software update (which required first connecting the oven to our WiFi). He gave me a phone number to Whirlpool support who could assist in connecting the oven to our WiFi and downloading the update. He barely touched the oven, other than to look at the current software version on the display. But for that helpful little piece of advice about needing a software update I was charged $162.36 by Appliance Express. They could have just told me over the phone, before someone ever came out, to try that solution first. I got the oven connected to our WiFi (I'm a retired IT guy and am very intentionally judicious about what I connect to our home network as I'm very aware of the security and performance/bandwidth implications of connecting devices willy-nilly). Once connected, I had trouble getting the update to install. The repair guy watched for a little while and then left. I called the Whirlpool number and they were very helpful in getting it sorted out (it turned out there was something they had to initiate on their end). After the software update I have had no problems with the appliance (other than I think it's stupid that an oven requires Internet connectivity and software updates to function). So, in the end Appliance Express identified the likely problem so that I was able to take care of it myself, but they charged me $162.36 for that little nugget of information. They could have just suggested over the phone that I try that first before they came out.
