He called me a "Jackass" and further informed me and the management company that he would not ever come to our rental. They stood behind him as A "kindly, sweet man; the calmest person ever." They set up an appointment for the same day and came out within the window given. Levi quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out to be an item under warranty. Nikki went to bat for us with GE as they were a pain to deal with. Their follow up was fantastic and they kept us informed along the way. In the end, we had to have GE do the repair...but I would not hesitate to call All Star Appliance for any future appliance repairs as they went above and beyond for us with GE to make sure we were taken care of.

They do not return calls, they are weeks out, then they charge you to come look, then again when they return. He is slow at working, milking the clock, he does not carry any spare parts.
