He (a veteran so I was happy to support him!) responded, booked and got to my place quickly after 1st contact. He was respectful and diagnosed the issue quickly, thought it was another issue but when he came back to install and pulled the washer completely out, he realized it wasn't the issue & had the parts to put swap out some little motor which he said "This will be cheaper" and I always respect service providers who are honest. He could have easily installed the valves he originally thought the issue was and charged me for that AND told me about the other issue and fixed that and charged me more BUT he was honest and saved me some $ and fixed the issue!! I will always call him in the future!! He also helped to clean out the dryer vent as much as he could and recommended Firemen Dryer Man to clean out the rest - love that business and happy to give them my business.

I've been around a minute and I know when someone knows their trade normally in less than 5 minutes. Folks, this is that experience. Straight to the issue, and quoted a much better price than the other and gave me that comfortable feeling we all look for when we hire someone. Cherry on top was the part came in on a Friday late and he offered to come by on Saturday to install it because he knew I had my kids coming for the weekend and having the frig fixed was helpful. He even sent photos and videos of the situations which was helpful. I appreciated his timely responses, detailed reports, and honesty in service.

We had a dangerous natural gas leak from our gas range. After shutting off the gas we had plumbers…read morecome out on 2 occasions to check the supply line, which was fine. We then had a HPS tech come out and check the unit and could not find a leak despite the plumbers leak detectors going off previously. After the second plumber again detected the leak coming from the unit (see pic), I called HPS back, they initially told me they couldn't help and to call the gas company! I asked to speak to the manager. He called back and looked at the picture and said he thought it was the gas tube. We set up a re-check appointment for 2 days later, then texts me last minute and cancels, saying he couldn't get the tube. It was supposed to be a courtesy re-check but they flaked out and said to call someone else. I accepted their offer to destroy the service fee check but they still wasted my time and left me without a working stove. Very unprofessional. I had another company come over today, found the leak, and fixed it in less than one hour! It wasn't the tube! Lastly, after checking with Dacor, HPS is not an authorized service company.
