He could not fix our problem and when I asked him about his service charge and took out a credit card because he did not share his fees with us or only accepts cash payments, he got nasty and told us he does not accept credit cards payments and if he did he would charge us a 5% fee on top of his already expense service charge. I told him if he wanted to be paid cash, he should have made that clear when the appointment was scheduled. How would we know he does not accept credit cards and his payments method are from the stone age.
