My LG fridge/freezer that came with my hoyse started leaking from the icemaker!!! I called the LG number in manual and they referred me to Appliance Parts Plus. Althiygh they couldn't come for a couple of days, I wasn't too fussed abiut it. Just turned ice & water off. Mike arrived on time and did some good investigating of the problem. I appreciated the fact that he chose the simplest fix, which was the least expensive too (no longer under warantee). He recommended I keep an eye on the icemaker for a month, and if it doesn't act up...okay. If it did, the tiny fan would need to be replaced. Very pleased all the way around. read more

Reached out last year to ask about maintenance plans for our refrigeration and buying refrigerators. Jeff was initially helpful about what products would best suit us, he came out here and measured with Jeremy and they seemed eager to do business with is. Though they were more expensive than just buying online, we felt it would be best to buy local and to create a business relationship with someone who could routinely service our equipment. We bought nearly $22,000 worth of product and labor from them. On the delivery date, Jeff and Jeremy came out and very hastily put the equipment in the kitchen. Some of the guys that work here were available to help but they ended up finishing up as Jeff and Jeremy hastily left. They were supposed to put the shelves into the fridges--they did not--the single door reach in was not secured in place and pulled out whenever we opened it, in addition to this the single door reach in did not fit standard full sized sheet pans--which is explicitly what we purchased it for. All of this should have been examined and fixed/or begin the process of fixing before they left our ranch but they did not look into any of this. Once we noted this, I called Jeff to let him know. He responded by telling me to wedge a piece of wood on top of the fridge to secure it...He said he would look into what could be done about the refrigerator not being to spec and get back to me. He called me the next day and said that either we could return the fridge at our own cost in the same shipping box--which they ripped apart when unloading--we could have a rep come out to look at the fridge, we again would have to pay for that rep to come out and anything done to fix it, or we could keep the faulty refrigerator and buy another one from them...ALL of these options would incur more cost to us. When I brought this up to Jeff, that we should not be held liable for costs and APP should figure out how to remedy this issue, you know...customer service, his response: they also did not create this issue and they could not incur any of these costs either. Jeff tried to blame our crew for measurement discrepancies, stating that our crew is who measured for the refrigerator, even though he came out to the ranch specifically to measure for the unit and we have in person & over email discussions about that unit specifically being for full sized sheet pans--18"x26". Jeff and I had phone calls where he repeatedly questioned if I was "putting the sheet pans in the right way"...there is only one way to put them in, that I needed to close the door harder, and would state that this is not his fault and offer no solution to a problem that he should have taken ownership of. He eventually came out to look at the unit himself on May 29th, and noted that there was a slight warping to the door and that this would be a manufacturer issue. He texted stating that he had started a claim on June 2nd then I did not hear anything from him for over a week. I texted him on June 10th asking for updates and he did not respond to me. So on June 11, I wrote him and the other emails associated with that business a formal email requesting the claim #, claim rep, claim date, etc. basic information that should be relayed to any customer. Within a few minutes, Jeremy called to state that they had been working on the claim this whole time and that they had not forgotten about us. I asked for claim info but they could not give me that, which was odd since they had been working on this claim daily for a week. Jeff texted me on June 16 with some info about the claim and that True would be reaching out. I spoke with Jeremy over the phone June 17 and he essentially told me that they are no longer dealing with us and we need to talk to True directly. $22,000, over month with a faulty fridge and no customer service from APP. We will never used this company again and we would advise you to look elsewhere. No ownership of mistakes or oversights, sloppily done install, unnecessarily combative management. They will take your money, then leave you when you need their help. read more

My ordered a gasket for my freezer door, it was delivered a few minutes ago and when opening it, it is damaged. Looks like either something was placed on top of it or it was folded. The packaging is extremely sub standard and flimsy. I called service and was told that my part was not damaged and that they all come that way from the manufacturer. I would have to heat it up and re-shape the magnet. That is total BS to have to "Fix" the part you ordered. It is in worse shape than the gasket I currently have! read more

Went on their website to order a drain pump for a washer. Put in manufacture model number and serial number and it led me to the part I needed. I ordered the part that their website said and got the correct pump but incorrect wire harness that came with it. I put installed pump but noticed the harness was not correct. Never used the pump and took it back off to return both, was told since it was installed " even if not used it could not be returned " . I followed their website to order part and pump was correct but harness was not. I was told I can't go by manufacture number I have to go by their part number. 150 dollars for a part that was not used and can't use, and can't return. Appliance pros is a joke and scam people. Was even told over the phone they have issues all the time about the wrong part being ordered and not being able to return part. Scam!!! read more

I have been dealing with a fridge with an attitude problem since June 2021, and it is now September 2021, and my fridge still isn't fixed! I originally contacted Appliance Parts Plus, but they were unable to help (and cost me hundreds!). Appliance Service and Parts was the second company I contacted to repair my fridge, which they said they would be able to do, just like Appliance Parts Plus said..... both companies say they can fix your fridge, but they will incorrectly diagnose it, and cost you hundreds of dollars! And you will have to eat their fuck up..... do not use them to fix your fridge!!!!!!.....unless they actually test parts right in front of you and prove to you it is bad..... Bill (Appliance Service and Parts) said that I just needed a new part, that cost almost $300. I was charged for him to install it ($90), but he didn't install it, I did! On top of that, part didn't freaking fix my fridge! They also know I'm a Navy Veteran, and they still refuse to help me out, or even try to work to help me get a replacement fridge.... Brian and Jeremy at Appliance Parts Plus..... both of those guys aren't any better....Jeremy incorrectly diagnosed my fridge three times! I paid for three different parts that didn't work! Yet I have to eat the cost???!?!?!! The guys working at Appliance Service and Parts (John and Greg) talk crap about Appliance Parts Plus, but they are apparently just as bad!.... not pleased!.... paying for others mistakes makes me furious!.... I just hope this helps save others in the future some $$$$..... maybe just take your fridge to Appliance Service and Parts (free to drop off old appliance) and buy a good used fridge and don't waste your time or money..... guess I better start watching more Utube videos on how to fix everything in my home myself.... at least when it doesn't work out, than I am paying for my own mistake, and not someone else's..... read more

Appliance Parts Plus - Freezer full of ice, fright before Monty steered it all out!.... still doesn't work! - Appliances & Repair Near Me - Grand Junction, Colorado

They had the part...I'll say that much. But the guys at the counter were unfriendly, not particularly helpful, and the guy couldn't even acknowledge the sale with a 'thank you'. There are several other appliance parts stores in Grand Junction. I think the folks across the street are friendlier, and a bit lower in price. read more

Avoid this one if you can! I called them to find a belt for my washing machine. He was extremely rude, said he couldn't find the part number and he was sure he didn't have it, but *SURPRISE* he can order it! I wondered if maybe it was the whole 'man dealing with a woman' thing, so my boyfriend went down there with the exact part number. He was completely rude to my boyfriend, too. He had told me he could order the belt for $19.95. We went back to Sears to order it. If you like being treated like an idiot or want someone to make you feel awful, stop on in this place! read more

We have several rentals and have been getting appliance parts from these guys for several years. They are always willing to help me figure out what is wrong and get me the right part, standing behind it all the way. Sometimes the repair is over my head, and they have repaired our air conditioner and a rental furnace among other items. Recently they repaired a dryer, that failed again (repeatedly) and they just kept plugging away to figure out what was wrong, and took good care of us by not charging all the repair trips. Thanks guys, keep up the good work. I appreciate it. read more

Very knowledgeable and helpful, came in on a Saturday for a dryer part which he had in stock but then I figured out I needed an entire assembly (my fault). He order it Saturday had the part in on Tuesday! When the ordered part came in it included the previously ordered part so he refunded money for the price difference! Honest, reputable and priced right! read more
