Anyway, my complaint is that they changed me for nothing... I had scheduled an appointment to have my swamp cooler winterized on a TH I rent out. It is a two story, and apparently I was told and recorded that Countryside Plumbing only services single level homes. They apparently can't use a ladder and per my tenant did not bring one with them... Anyway, I was charged a fee of $85 because they showed up, even though there was a miss communication and they refused to do the job even when I provided a ladder... I called to talk to the manager and was told he took the day off... I don't believe this was clearly communicated by their receptionist or scheduling staff. What plumber working on a roof does not use a ladder ‍ Don't get taken by their poor business practices...

They said there installer was on vacation for 2 months after I purchased the flooring so instead of waiting I hired a different installer. Again, they would not return my money or take back the extra product which was very expensive.
