This went on for a long time, I really wanted my microwave fixed, so I was very patience. Until finally I ask for my refund, he gave me some story about the manufacturer not refunding him the funds that originally zelled him. He told it would take 14 business days to refund him and he would refund me. Long story short, he refunded me 400.00 dollars, the rest he said would refund me in 2 weeks, I guess if I don't reach out to him he will never refund me.
