He did not have the correct refrigerator delivered to our home, he lied about me even being in the business picking out the appliances. He advertised the refrigerator for $600 yet sold it to us for $800 with taxes and then lied that I never told him about the advertised price. He ignored me because he had other customers in the store. I chose not to cause a scene due to this but I should have. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company because after 3 months he still had not fixed the dinged up door he and had not contacted us. I disputed the charges and made a warning post on facebook and received many other negative reports and low and behold he came up with my new door. The refrigerator was on my credit card yet he insisted I wasn't his customer and he didn't have to speak to me. I admit I called him a liar and a lying f'er after he lied on me not once but for the fourth time. He sent us a copy of the email he had on how to handle the dispute I made to my credit card yet he told me he was going to lie about it and then when I told him he needed to follow the directions in the email so they could investigate he is to stupid to listen and says that there is no reason to investigate because my door is now fixed. I told him it doesn't work that way. I would run from going to this business forget walking away, run as fast as you can.

Went to pick up a firearm that I ordered through RKGuns. After more than three weeks, I called to…read moresee if it was there because I never got the email that RKGuns said that it would send me when it arrived. The person in that dept said it was there so I went the next day to pick it up. The three young guys there in that dept seemed much more interested in looking at some new pistols that they got in than dealing with my issue. It was like I was a bother. I won't go over the whole ordeal, but I wound up having to go home and come back again in an attempt to get my firearm. When I got there for the second time, the three stooges were attempting to open the safe that my gun was being kept in. They never did, at least while I was there. Again, they had absolutely no interest in me or my issue. Now I still don't have my gun and will have to go back a THIRD time if I wish to retrieve it. If I ever decide to go back there to get my firearm that I have already paid for, it will be the last time I go back.
