pdated review:
After 3 months, still no response from this business and the "new" dryer I bought also needs repairs. Stay far, far away from this place! The "new" oven I bought is not eligible for the whirlpool warranty as it was first registered in 2013!! I have reported them to the NCDOJ consumer protection division.

I wanted so badly to give them a good review, because they advertise being veteran owned. But I was treated like the scum of the earth when they were unable to deliver my appliances for 2 weeks, and the "new" range I bought the oven didn't work.
They did refund my delivery fee, after I had to rent a trailer to go pick up the appliances. I had to unload them and get them in the house on my own, which is why I wanted the delivery in the first place.
The salesman plugged in the appliances when I was there, and it all seemed fine. When I tried to use the oven, it came on but would not get to temperature after an hour. I was told I probably just didn't know how to use it, and that even if I brought it back it would be weeks before they could fix it and they didn't have a different one they could replace it with. Plus, I'd have to bring it to them for them to do anything about it, which is fine, but don't treat me like a criminal for trying to get it resolved.
If you have time to wait for delivery or have a way to pick them up, then I guess it's okay. But I definitely don't have $500 to spend on a range that doesn't work. I wish I'd just spent the extra on a big box store. At least I wouldn't have been treated this way.
Unfortunately, they are not registered as a veteran owned business, which carries a standard of care for its customers, and ethical practices. The reason they state no refunds is because they do not stand behind the products they sell, but they will take your money whether they work or not. Lesson learned. I will try to get it resolved as best I can, and hope they do the right thing in the end. read more
