I was just on the phone with Christine. She's in charge of the delivery schedule. I wasn't too happy with what she was explaining to me that the delivery would come between 2:30 pm and 3:00pm as I asked for an early delivery when I scheduled the delivery. Also, when I paid for the delivery and when I was talking to the sales person, I asked for an early delivery. I am not happy already, and the appliances have not been delivered at this point. Christine said that there is nothing that she can do for me. I am the last delivery of the day. I was hoping that there would be something she would be able to do for me. Very bad customer service, when I call them the sales person 3 times told me he is working for a percentage and he doesn't want to spend his time with me. Disgusting , no words. Goemans Mississauga is a scam! I bought a fridge there and the compressor broke after 1 month. Goemans contracts out a third party company, TG APPLIANCE GROUP, Brampton. They arranged the delivery and after care service. They are the worst company I have dealt with. They communicate only by email. They ask me the status of things, no follow up no resolutions offered. I have been jerked around since October with a broken fridge, spent countless hours sending emails, trying to prove the fridge doesn't work, spent hundreds of dollars on spoiled food, got food poisoning from bad food, spent Christmas dinner at a homeless shelter eating Christmas dinner, lost hours from work waiting for delivery guys and appliance technician's, etc. No one has ever reached out to me from Goeman's otlr TG Appliance Group. read more

This company is an absolutely joke. You order from them a year in advance, pay them a big lump sum deposit, and when it comes time to deliver nothing to show up. You call them no one picks, no sales agent, no delivery personnel. The only person you reach is their customer service, who has no clue and bounces you back to the above folks. This company is run by clowns. They must operate on scamming people of their money. Edit: 2022-10-26, I messaged everything single email address I had available including the concierge email. You would think puting in a 1/3 of your total order's deposit would hold your appliance's availability. I have been GREATLY MISTAKEN! I made an order on March 17th, 2021. Called up Huzefa Bhagat ( Mississauga store) to find out about the new line of Fisher Paykel as we were in the market to replace our 11 year old model. I asked 2 questions. First was to make sure that we were getting the standard exterior stainless steel finish and if the interior drum was also stainless steel . He advised that there was only on colour of exterior stainless , no problem this was good. As per the stainless drum, he advised that all FP dishwashers have stainless steel drums. This is not the case. I called him on it and he advised that it was my fault. When i called APC customer service, even the CS attendant advised that this sale person has a tendency to provide customers with the wrong info. Moral of the story, don't trust what you are told by this guy. read more

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM APPLIANCE CANADA. My story started 3 years ago, when I purchased GE Profile Range Appliance. During the first week of usage, we've realized some issues with oven and scratches at back of the range. I called Bhaget (sales person) at the Mississauga store, he said I will replace it for you, and he did. However, the second one was worse than the first, and Bhaget directed me the warranty company, and for 3 years my wife and I suffered trying trying to find a solution to our problems. Finally, the warranty company gave up, and gave us store credit for the range, but unfortunately we've had to buy a new range from Appliance Canada, which we did and our new appliance top class "GE Café range" was delivered on Dec. 18, 2023. And again, during the first week we faced same or similar issues, I called, txt, and emailed Bhaget, he answered NO return, we can't take it back. Once the appliance delivered we take NO responsibility, you've to contact customer service and the manufacturer. Also, I spoke with the store manager Hasan, and he was worse than Bhaget, simply his conversation meant "He Does Not Care about any client or the client's actions to write review or otherwise" in other words Mr. / Ms. client "GO TO HELL". Now we're stuck with a malfunction appliance, and maybe we've to try to fix it through the warranty we've bought through them. My guesses, they sell refurbish appliances and charge for net new ones. Our refrigerator broke, and their technician confirmed it needed replacement by the company. However, it's been two weeks, and I'm still having trouble reaching them. They're unresponsive regarding the exchange time and date for the refrigerator. I do not recommend their service at all. read more

Our washer died and we had to replace in a hurry. Checked out a couple of appliance stores however they could only deliver in January 2020. Took a drive over to Appliance Canada on Castlefield and we really surprised by the welcome received as we walked in, followed by the expertise of Shawn. Took us 15 minutes to make a purchase. Wasn't what we were originally looking for - but recommended and in stock, plus we benefited from the Ontario High Efficiency rebate. The service was great from the minute we walked into the store, the delivery communication, delivery of the appliances and your recommendation of the installer, Andy. The 2 delivery men went above and beyond to help remove the old washer. read more

They wouldnt help me or price match with their own store less than 24 Hours later! Had no interest in speaking or servicing me after it was delivered. Never in my life have I felt so disrespected. Today I walked into the Castlefield location to purchase 40k worth of appliance for my new kitchen. There was a sign on the door saying not to enter if I was experiencing any flu like symptoms or had travelled outside the country in the last two weeks. A sales person came to assist and asked what I was looking for. His name is Shawn. I told him I was looking for all new appliances for my new kitchen. He then told me in a very abrasive manner that if I don't need the appliances in the next two days to "get out" and pointed to the door. I was shocked at the way he spoke to me and said fine but that he didn't have to be rude. He then decided to verbally assault me and said there is a "fucking pandemic," that I was only there to "kick tires" and said I was a "fucking idiot." As I walked out of the store he continued with his verbal assault and continued to use foul language. While I understand we are all nervous about what is going on in the world and we need to take necessary precautions, there was no reason to be such an asshole. This jerk Shawn sits to the left of reception as you walk into the showroom. I would definitely avoid dealing with this hack. Considering I am building a new kitchen, I need the appliance measurements before the cabinet maker starts fabrication. I don't understand why this prick was not interested in helping. Nobody building a new kitchen requires the appliances the very next day. If this store is only helping customers who need appliances within a day or two there should be a sign on the door clearly indicating their policy. I visited two tile stores in the area prior to Appliance Canada and the sales people were helpful and courteous. My previous condo was fully outfitted with appliances from this store and I will definitely never step foot in there again. I am also going to make sure all the contractors, builders and designers I work with never shop at this store either. read more

Faulty products and horrible customer service. My partner and I ordered all of our new appliances with Appliance Canada. All of them. When installed, the fridge wouldn't stop beeping. We called Appliance Canada for help and it's been over a week with no fridge and no help. They finally told us it's not their problem and directed us to LG. They are taking no responsibility for selling us a defective product and quite frankly being very rude considering we gave them all of our business. My husband and I walked into Appliance Canada on Castlefield fifteen minutes before closing. We knew the time but just wanted a quick look at the appliances we need to do a full kitchen reno. We had barely set foot in the store when a tall, thin older gentleman (who was obviously an employee as he walked away from his computer to approach us) immediately walked up to us and said, "We're closing soon." Is that really the way you talk to potential customers? We require about at least $30k in appliances and there is absolutely no way I will set foot back into that store after this experience. Yes, we walked into right before closing and we were aware of that. But the employee could have simply said, "If you come back tomorrow, I would love to spend more time with you." Bought a fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer from Appliance Canada. Shawn, the sales rep, was amazing to deal with. Upon delivery, our fridge was malfunctioning and kept beeping every 30 seconds. I talked to 5 different customer service reps from Appliance Canada on the phone, and every single one of them, in some round-about way, said that it was our problem and we would have to deal with LG directly. Some of them were instantly dismissive and rude. Emails to head office went unanswered. Eventually, LG came to fix the fridge after 3 weeks. I would never buy anything else from Appliance Canada. What an awful customer experience. They will not stand behind their products. If they sell you a defective product, it is your problem to deal with the manufacturer. Horrible service. I took the day off work to receive delivery of a refrigerator but it didn't arrive. When I called to inquire, I was told that they needed to speak to me to confirm delivery. He was very knowledgeable, informative, personable and patient as we reviewed the selection of top end appliances I was looking for. I am confident that I'll be awarding the 5th star when my SubZero, Wolf and Kitchen Aid appliances are delivered in one month's time. So, we showed up looking for a microwave oven and as soon we walked through the door, no-one even moved to try to help us out, the best response we've got after approaching a guy at one of the computer stations was "yeah, that's going to be a tough one.." and no intentions of helping at all... Really?! Then we still walked toward the back of the store to look at microwaves and maybe. only maybe someone else would offer some help... guess what? nobody even acknowledge us... which got me and my partner wondering if they were actually homophobic...
