I found this highly-recommended business online, when our washing machine stated leaking (a LOT) of water out of the bottom of the machine. After reaching out to them, they got back to me right away to schedule an appointment. The repair person, Henrik, (who was friendly and courteous) showed up promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem VERY quickly, and the fee was surprisingly reasonable. These folks were willing to come out to us and I'm so grateful for that!!! I got a SUPER moldy gasket replaced (it was like that when we moved into our home). Other places advised us to buy a new washer because it would require them having to remove the front plate or they told us that they don't do that kind of work. 7 years after my last 5-star review and still 5 stars! Called around 9:00 Monday morning, Henrik was here by 11 (after texting when he was 20 minutes away) and diagnosed the problem. Turned out to be a simple copper pipe leak, not with the appliance, so he explained how I could easily fix it myself with about $15 of hardware store materials. OK, thanks, paid for the service call but no extras, Henrik took off--but texted a few minutes later with another idea he had for a simple repair, in case the first idea didn't work (but it did). When appliances attack and try to ruin your day and take your money by going out of order on you, who are you going to call? A lot of times we just go to the manufacture's website to find "certified" local technicians or call around asking if a technician repairs our brand of appliance, pleading with them to fix our problem so I don't have to buy a new appliance. In my experience, the only thing those technicians are certified at is hurting my wallet and making me feel like I been taken to the proverbial cleaners as they give a nebulous diagnosis or obfuscate the actual cause of the issue by telling you they'll have to take everything apart because the issue could be due to a myriad of things. Balderdash! In the future, just make one phone call to Billy of Appliance Attack and let him bring order back into the chaos. One of the best appliance repair experiences I've had. Contacted them on Thursday, Henrik was out here on Friday, fully repaired in under 2 hours. Dryer was squeaking as it ran. We've had other issues with our dryer and always get flack that it's stacked and they won't bother with it unless we unstack it. The cleaning cycles finally killed my 24 inch gas wall oven. Trevor from Appliance attack came out and diagnosed. This began an odyssey of trying to find a new gas oven "one Might come in November" to calling a contractor to maybe make a bigger cabinet, bigger oven, etc. but .$$$$$$$ and they were all slammed too.
