I will be honest with everyone. If I could clone Billy, this would be the best of the best. I called at least 10 other repair establishments close to me in Sliverlake to fix a defective delayed auto igniter in my oven that has gone out twice before but they have discontinued the size of wall oven I need so I keep getting it fixed . One place is all Russians on Sunset and I couldn't understand a word they were saying. When I called to cancel, they harrassed me, I asked for the owner and he was extremely rude yelling don't call him back. NO WORRIES, I WON'T. Most of the places refused to give me an estimate on the phone stating that the tech would "let me know" and I would just be charged the service call ranging from $59 to $75 dollars. One firm in Burbank quoted me high and when I said to forget it, he asked me how much I was willing to pay!!!! Does this sound ethical to you? I called Appliance Attack at 5:30 pm and the tech Billy called me back, told me that if it was a faulty igniter that it would be a flat fee and that although he was leaving town for a few days of R and R, he would come over immediately which he did. The price he quote was what he charged me, he was quick and clean and LOVED my huge dogs who all wanted to get in his face and kiss him. I don't know why anyone wouldn't want him back. Hi, we called Billy of Appliance Attack to fix our fridge. He quoted us $100 and then misrepresented that the part would cost $200. The part was a quarter of that. Not only that, when we pressed him on the part number to confirm the cost, he stopped responding to our texts. It took 5 minutes to replace the part; so Appliance Attack's $100 charge for labor would be the equivalent of $1,200.00/hour. LOL. Dishonest about pricing; avoid. read more

This was the best appliance repair experience I've had so far. My washing machine (LG) needed a new something or other - I can't remember what it was now.
