Elena and her staff have taken excellent care of her from day one. It is clear that Elena and the staff care a great deal about the residents they care for and do an excellent job. What appealed to me from the fist step I took in the home is how clean, orderly, spacious and pleasant it is. I knew that my mom would like it. She is looking much healthier and happier since she has been there. I come by for quick visits and have also brought my brother and sister and their families for visits and each time we feel welcome. A Nurse Practitioner visits monthly and he and Elena are open to discussing my mom's health needs and taking a team approach to dealing with them. Elena makes excellent suggestions - and follows up on them. They also have a hair stylist visit and provide nail care. All of this means a great deal to me. My prayers were answered when I found this amazing place for my mom to live and be cared for.

Elena is amazing, genuinely caring and engaged in providing respectful and effective home care to our elders. She has hired incredible staff. Every time I visit they are moving around either spending time with the residents, providing care or cleaning. The care providers seem happy which means to me that they are being treated well and supported. My mom and dad get a better ratio of care providers compared to a skilled nursing facility and it is more cost effective and feels like they are home. I researched adult family homes and the five star ratings here are justified. Elena's communication is fabulous. She had a team of great care providers. She and her team treat my parents with the respect they deserve having survived 80 years of age and 57 years of marriage. Elena is very open to individual needs and preferences. My mom gets a personal bed bath every day and has not looked better in the past few years. My sister and I are so relieved and grateful. We are always welcomed into the house and Elena has been responsive to all communications. A++++++++.

They did a wonderful job of meeting all of her needs while I was gone, and also had consistent communication so that I know she was doing well.. When I returned, I have used their services one day a week while taking care of errands and appointments. I have also used them for an occasional night out, and for 3-4 day respite periods. I never worry when they are on the job. The care giver that comes to my home is so reliable, capable and responsible. She takes care of changing the bed, fixing meals, laundry, house cleaning, even walking the dog. If there is ever a problem, that worker has the rest of the Angels of America team she can call upon. Not only do they do a wonderful job taking care of me, my mother, and Charlie the dog, they also are like extended family. They were part of the celebration of my mother's 102nd birthday, they were ready to help when my brother died, and every member of the team takes an interest in how my mother is doing. So different from the previous big agency that I used whose main (and only?) interest was the bottom line. I am so glad that I found Angels of America Home Care. They are the right support that I need in this job of caring for my mother.

Suzette had the responsibility to get me up in the morning and get me ready for the day. Washing, brushed teeth, toileting, dressing, and feeding. Also, took great care with cooking and cleaning some of the areas needed. Suzette was always on time and was a joy get to know and talk with. We would not hesitate to rehire in the future as the need arrizes.

I'm posting this review with a Heavy Heart. I will start by…read moresaying My Aunt received the Best Quality of Care. She was here for over 4 years and she was truly Loved and Properly Cared for. I will begin with the Receptionist Ria. She is so kind hearted, willing to listen and showed so much Empathy. She would always go Above and Beyond to help my Family when trying to contact my Aunt or her Nurse. The there is Faysal he is a RCM. He also provided Excellent Care and was always willing to help when asked. There are so many other CNAs, RNs, and RCMs that also provided exceptional care and showed compassion and empathy. It's hard placing a Loved one in a Facility let alone finding a Good one that you feel comfortable enough to leave them there hoping they will thrive and be taken care of properly with Care and Compassion and this Facility did just that. So with this Review I also say Thank You to Auburn Post Acute Skilled Nursing Home and Long Term Care.
