Apple Tree Senior Care stepped in and made the transition seamless. Within a very short time, they were able to get her enrolled and settled in--something we are incredibly grateful for. From the very beginning, the staff demonstrated exceptional care and professionalism. Their communication was clear, consistent, and compassionate. I always feel informed and reassured, knowing that my mom is in good hands. What truly stood out was the trust we were able to build with the team. They treat my mom with dignity, kindness, and genuine warmth. It gives our family peace of mind to know she is not only being cared for physically, but also emotionally supported in a nurturing environment. I can't thank the team at Apple Tree enough for the excellent care they provide. They've made a difficult time much easier, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to any family looking for a trusted senior care facility.

Where else will you find a staff of caregivers that consists of a CNA, LPN, and RN who have all had a wide range of experiences in the medical field? Appletree Senior Care AFH met all of our qualifications and even qualifications that were not on our list! My husband has only been a resident for a short time but every day we discover another reason this AFH is the only one that has excelled above all others that were considered. MKLB

It's such a big change for someone to move from independence to assisted living. And everyone at Brannan Park made this such an easy process for myself and my grandfather. Especially the Director! She went above and beyond in helping him get in and find peace in his new home. My grandfather was so nervous to move, to complete the paperwork and assessments. She handled the whole process with grace, class and patience unlike anything I've ever seen. The staff is amazing. The caregivers truly care about his wellbeing. If I call with a question, that phone never gets hung up until my question is answered. It's so wonderful to have found a place I know my grandfather can stay at long term. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you to all the staff members at Brannan Park!

In all fairness the appointment was arranged through a third party service. With that said, we arrived at the appointed time and there was no one at the counter. a full 15 minutes later there was still no one there. One staff member did walk by and asked if we needed help but was unable to provide any assistance. That staff member also failed to call the front desk person back to the front desk. While we waited there was an "incident" with a resident and her coat. It was a small matter (she couldn't pull the hood out that was out of place on her back). If the front counter person had been there this would've made this woman's life better. I seriously hope this was a one-off incident.

I worked closely with Courtney during the summer of 2024 after my 95‑year‑old mother suffered a fall and needed to transition to assisted living. My mother deeply valued her independence, and this was an emotional and difficult time for our family. From the moment we arrived, Courtney and her staff demonstrated a level of care, compassion, and professionalism that went far beyond what I ever expected. Courtney is extraordinary. She made sure my mother's needs were always met -- not just physically, but emotionally. She ensured my mom felt seen, valued, loved, and genuinely cared for every single day. Her leadership sets the tone for the entire community. Kyle is a quiet angel -- always present, always attentive, always making sure things get done with kindness and humility. His gentle presence brought comfort to both my mother and our family. Every staff member under Courtney's leadership reflects the same high standard of care. Their work is not just a job; it is clearly a calling. Their compassion, patience, and humanity shine through in everything they do. When my mother reached the end of her life, the team worked seamlessly and tenderly with hospice. They guided her, and us through her final days with grace, dignity, and love. They helped usher my mom into heaven with peace. Our family will never forget that. I cannot recommend Fountain Court, Courtney, and her entire staff highly enough. They are exceptional human beings doing exceptional work, and our family is forever grateful. Carol Fisher

Management won't talk to the renters or be responsive to their health safety concerns. There's a resident who's had several fire hazards and noxious odors from his room making people sick and management won't address those issues. Some of their washers and dryers have remained broken for months and aren't fixed yet. These issues were raised about a year ago and still no improvement in the living conditions. A 0 zero star review is more appropriate than a 1 star.

I helped a friend get their grandmother into this home, by authorizing a ONE TIME payment to cover…read morethe first month's costs ($14,500). I wrote the exact amount, and did NOT check the box indicating that it would be an unlimited amount, or recurring. Imagine my surprise when I looked at my bank account and saw they had charged me the next month's full rent of $8,000. Unfortunately, it ran the same day my Q1 taxes for 3 of my businesses (State L&I, ESD and DOR + FEDERAL taxes for each)., and payroll were due to be paid from my accounts. This left me negative and hit with fees for not only the overdraft but also penalties and interest for the payments that had insufficient funds to process. I called Covington, who told me they "usually get the authorization form that tells them if they can use the card for future payments, but just didn't this time..." (so, you just decided to assume, and set it up anyway???) and, rather than offering me a refund, I was instructed to call my bank to dispute it. This floored me... I was telling them I was overdrawn and in a scenario that was caused because of their error, and they wouldn't even offer a REFUND. I had to take more time I don't have, and wait way longer than just simply having it returned to me and the rest fixed later. When asked, they didn't know how to handle the rest of the issues they caused for me. I told them they needed to figure out how to resolve them, and fix the massive (and expensive) issue this caused me. I was told they would contact a higher-up and that I'd hear back the next day (this was Wednesday - it's now Saturday). Needless to say, they haven't picked up the phone. I have to run this week's payroll tomorrow and won't have the money for that now, either. I contacted my bank to dispute it (which I shouldn't have had to do), and was told there was an additional $14,500 due to come out later this month, as well... Apparently, Covington not only wrongfully set up my account on an autopay that I didn't authorize, but they also made the mistake of setting the STARTER payment AND monthly payments to both run as autopayments. I don't know the first thing about how they run the actual facility itself, what it looks like, or how they treat their residents... but, if I could judge based off of these very LARGE oversights, and how they handled it? I would tell everyone to run far FAR away from it. Mistakes are one thing... how you handle them will tell me everything I need to know about a business. I'm sure I won't see a dime from them, offering to help right what they wronged. However, I'm happy to update if I do.

As far as the facility itself: all rooms are private with private bathroom, the entire facility is clean, and the walls are filled with tasteful artworks. I found the nursing staff, including the aids, to be of excellent quality. Everyone was kind and caring. As for PT and OT, i had sessions every day except Sunday, and they were tailored to my needs - to get my lost strength back so that I could go home and be able to safely function there. The food was also surprisingly good. You're given a weekly menu where you can circle what you want or there are lists of things that are always available and you can write those in as an alternative. Their salads are beautiful. There are daily activities that you can partake in if you are so inclined. If you can't go home and you need a place to recover and regain strength, this is a very good place to be.

Anyone considering Wesly Garden for senior living should review all agreements and contracts with…read morean elder attorney. The sales people speak in subjective and vague terms and make no firm commitments but suggest several things that are not supported by the contract you are asked to sign. For those who rely on spoken word and don't read the fine print they are likely in for a surprise. Their contract is very one-sided leaning heavily in favor of Wesley Gardens and weak in committing to responsibilities and obligations Wesley Garden can be held to. The cost to get on their wait list is $2000 non-refundable. In our case we were led to believe that although they could make no promises it would be reasonable to think in terms of 9-12 months. After 8 months we were then told t was currently we should expect about 2 years from that date and again in Dec 24 the expected wait time was still 2 years, (36 months from start of wait list, reminding me of the Seinfeld Chinese restaurant episode). My mother had visited and liked what she saw and heard and did not want to go anywhere else. We had signed up for a 1 bedroom. Some months in, a different more expensive unit was offered which we declined. They argued that we were offered and declined a 1 BR unit we had requested, and was evidence of filling some vague obligation, in fact it was a one bedroom plus den. The offered unit was not what was requested and was declined as it was more than my mother need and outside of her budget. When asked what percentage of the people on their wait list actually ever get into Wesley Garden I was told they did not know but that numbers and those statistics didn't matter. In fact at the time there were 200 people on the wait list banking them up to $400,000 which their VP said was needed due to the cost of maintaining this wait list. It seems the wait list is a revenue source of its own. It is highly unlikely they would not know what percentage of people on their wait list ever were admitted, but it does make sense why they wouldn't want to disclose it. I will be requesting the Attorney General look into their deposit policy just to make sure it is as fair and justified as they claim it is. Make no mistake, they are in-line with their one-sided contract, and I am not suggesting they violate their own contract. But seem to rely on elderly listening to the words they speak and not looking closely at the fine print that their lawyers have protected Wesley Garden very well with. Anything you are told verbally by Wesley Garden should be taken with healthy skepticism and ensure that everything you are told is documented in the contract. Then thoroughly review and understand the contract you are asked to sign (preferably with an attorney). This should especially be done with the $150,000 or more deposit agreement that you must pay.
