Didn't even apologize when over half my belongings were stolen. Completely unacceptable. Don't take a chance here.

It wasn't until we were pointed in the direction of Discount Mini Storage & RV that we looked no further! A lot of people only right reviews when things are bad but we are so extremely satisfied that we're here to report because it was EXCELLENT SERVICE! Steve the owner is the most down to Earth person you will ever meet and completely honors every word that comes out of his mouth. He guarantees everything to be in working order by the time you take your camper home and doesn't just sell "As Is" which is the very scary part about buying used these days. Oh how well we know,.. Steve took the time to make sure we completely understood how everything on the unit worked and even threw in a bunch of extras that he didn't have to do!!! It's safe to say we have gained a new friendship thru the purchase of our beautiful 2008 Wildwood!!! To put the cherry on top he guarantees everything for 30 days after taking home so no hidden surprises!! Our camper is basically new at an extreme low used price and we just couldn't be happier !!!!

Took my laptop in on a Monday morning due to my antivirus no longer working as well as my computee was freezing up when I would go on the internet. Told the guy at the front counter my issues asked him to turn around as I use my laptop for my business and he said 24 to 48 hours hours. After 50 hours of them having my laptop in the shop and no contact I called them was placed on a brief hold and advised that they were working on it and I would be called that afternoon. A tech called me that afternoon as promised however he said he was having issues trying to reload Microsoft Office and one of the key which I gave him over the phone and he verified was the same that he had but it wasn't working and asked if I had a backup disk which luckily I did and asked it for me to bring it in. I probably dropped the Disc Off 2 hours later and was told that they would call me before they close and it would be done and ready for pickup. I received a call 45 minutes prior to them closing to whomever was calling me told me they had the wrong number and hung up. They never called me back. The next day they open at 9 a.m. and I hadn't heard anything still to which my husband called them 3 hours later to find out whether my laptop was ready or not. The guy who answered said he had no idea he saw it sitting on the shelf but the text were out and put it back 10 minutes later. They never returned my husband's call and he called them 3 hours later after that call to be told it was ready. We asked him what was wrong with the computer and what they did to it and he really didn't have much answer other than they wanted to charge us $109 for the work they did. Definitely will not do business with them again. There was no care given to the customer or priority for communicating. I depend on my laptop as a means of business and was shut down for almost 5 days because of their lack of communication and diligence to making sure it was fixed promptly as promised.

I have been unable to find what I needed in the Houston area. Becky's Sewing Center had all the fabrics I was looking for at a really great price, better than any other prices I have found online (I have been looking for a couple weeks). Palmer and Russell were extremely helpful and made sure my order was perfect. I was shocked at how quickly I received the fabric since they had to ship it from Idaho to Texas. The customer service with this shop is wonderful. I just wish they had a sister shop here close to me.
