We are a military family, and now work for the Veterans Administration. This is not an unusual way to inspect or purchase a home for the military. Fast forward into 2024, and as we were having professionals come in, we were made aware of other deficiencies, that we were never made aware of. But the biggest problem was when we had nice weather and tried to open the row of windows along the back of the house. The rotten wood at the bottom of the casemate windows is shocking. Several are not even operational. There was no furniture in the home to block access to these windows. We have tried and tried to reach this company to find out why the inspector did not attempt to open, as per his own notes. Sent emails with pictures, and left messages. They will not respond. Which is very unprofessional. I have given them many opportunities to talk to us before leaving this review. Don't use this company. You will be very sorry, and will be wasting your money.
