The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because of the cost. I am self pay and the fee is $130. Other than that everything else was great. They got us back pretty quick, and we saw the doctor fairly quick. I would go back, just need insurance. read more

I meant to review this long before now. I brought my Mother here because she was having trouble hearing out of both ears. The receptionists were sweet and welcoming. And the doctor and nurse we saw were everything you would want in a health care practitioner: patient, compassionate and competent! The irrigated my Mother's ears and had us back on our way in no time flat! Last week, I visited them because I had a bite on my shin that was not healing properly. It started off as a small 'bite' with a small red halo. But over the course of two weeks - small halo and widened, considerably, n size and had turned an alarming shade of red. I was all prepared for the same level of customer service - only to discover that they don't accept my insurance (sad face) - but they let me know that they could see me as long as I was fine with paying the self-pay rate. The self-pay rate was a little steep for me, so they were even sweet enough to call Glynco Immediate Care to find out if they took my insurance - and they do - so that's where I went. I was so blown away by this level of customer service! I highly recommend this facility and if I ever get better insurance - I'll be back. Lol. read more

We're from out of town and needed an urgent care to bring my 6 year old son to on a Sunday. The place said walkins welcome, but when we arrived we were told that they weren't accepting walkins and they had only one nurse. There was literally only one family in the lobby before us, but they couldn't bother to help my son who was throwing up with a fever. Highly disappointed with this place. read more

Unless you want to wait over 1 1/2 hours you should go somewhere else. I walked in and there were two people in the waiting room. I thought oh great I will be seen fast as I am super sick. I had to do their job and type my information into there iPad and once finished the lady said "have a seat and they will call you back shortly. After about 45 minutes the same lady asked me if I had received a text from them. I did. What she neglected to tell me is that I needed to click a link and continue to complete info including taking pictures of my license and insurance card. I completed it. I waited another 45 minutes as I watched them take back people that came in well after me. This is terrible customer service. It has nothing to do with COVID. No one but me was wearing a mask. I asked how many nurse practitioners were back there and as I expected there was only one. If you cant run your business any better than that close down. Ridiculous!!! read more

Just passing through on my road trip That night developed severe congestion and sore throat. AppleCare was only 5 minutes away from where I stayed the night. Got there at about 8 AM and out by 9AM. Had an exam by PA and he even dispensed antibiotics and steroids at the clinic ( saved me a trip to the pharmacy). After a few days I'm back to my old self. Everyone from front desk receptionist to clinical help were all very helpful, professional and efficient. I'm glad I found this place when I googled search for urgent care. I was traveling through the area and needed to be seen immediately. I am so glad I chose this place. I came here on a Friday at 9:30 AM and Jessica help me out so much she is the most amazing receptionist ever! She took the time out she was kind, caring, patient, and understanding and even helped me when I left my insurance card. She did not get frustrated or was rude and actually helped me work my way through the situation. When I walked in she was actually running the counter by herself and that was impressive. I received treatment by 10:30 AM. The physician assistant as well as the nurses were all kind and caring! I definitely will be back if I need to receive treatment. read more

giving them 1 star because there is no way to put negative stars here. Took my child w/ strep throat there today; tested positive for strep and negative for flu. Assured me that RX was sent to pharmacy. Went to pharmacy 2x. (2nd time, Apple Care was closed.). No RX. Great. Now child gets to spend the whole weekend without relief. Yes, I'm going to report them to the medical licensing board. With flu and strep running rampant, there is no excuse for this. read more

Nurse was wearing a mask when she came in the room. I asked her why. She just said it was because she was sick. I heard her talking outside of the room. She had the flu and her boss made her come in, under fear of losing her job I suspect. She sounded like she was about to cry when she was talking to me. At first I was angry that the nurse taking care of my wife had the flu. Now, I feel sorry for nurse (who was also pregnant by the way). What kind of company makes employees come in with the flu. Especially in the medical field! I cannot support this organization. I will never return and hope you do the same. read more

I have had to vist Apple Care msny times, as well as some of my immediate family. Great experiences everytime snyone has ever gone to Apple Care. My last visit was on Jan. 29, 2017. I went at 12:00, noon on a Monday, expecting towait. Fortunately I was the only one there and was in and out within 30 minutes. The professional service I received was with duch soothing warmth. I'd been in bed for three days when I finally decided to go to apple care. I didn't feel like going to my doctor for it was to far to go. It was a great experience as soon as I walked in I was helped. Filled out a few forms was called to the back quickly, my nurse started the usual blood pressure and all the other things they perform, she ran some test which was shorter than 10 minuets. Kelly, my doctor came in examined me and then I was on my way. Thanks apple care for getting me out the door so quickly. I feel much better today. read more

This is my go to urgent care facility during my visits to this this area. They have treated me and my sons before. As always, the staff is very courteous and prompt. I have had nothing but good results every time. My experience on Monday was nothing less than phenomenal once again. Three days later my son's infection is healing. I cannot thank Apple Care enough for what they do! They have been such a huge help to our family so many times. It is so hard now-a-days to get a doctor's appointment within 48 hours much less a walk in appointment. And we all know sometimes waiting a day or two is just not an option. The Apple care staff in Brunswick, GA and Douglas, GA are always so kind and caring. They have an amazing bedside manner and are very professional.
