The only problem I had was with billing...they are out of network with my INS on the surgical side and should have gotten a precert so my INS would pay. I didn't find this out till after the first shot. Then when called for amount for 2nd shot it was more than the first visit. Come to find out I have a balance to pay for my first shot. Apparently someone didnt figure it on my out of Network :( Call amd get your info and get your own precert.

Was desperately hoping my surgery would eliminate my back and radiating nerve pain. Surgeon was in…read morenetwork but hospital was not. Practice billing could have filed a form as they are the only practice performing the surgery in a few hundred mile radius but they gave a lame excuse as to why they couldn't be bothered. So a couple thousand more out of my pocket on top of an already expensive procedure. That was the icing on the cake as the surgery was only partially successful. Follow-up care was lacking in that I returned several times over the recovery period and literally got no additional help and was just told to come back next month. Never saw the surgeon again only the PA. 9 months later a follow-up MRI listed my condition changed from severe to moderate so with pain meds I'm still barely functioning and still/back in PT a year afterward.

Heather really listened and made me feel comfortable. Then, Heather took my paperwork to the doctor. They spoke for under five minutes before they came in the room. Almost immediately, Dr. Jenn began telling me about all of these tests that I needed. She never: took my blood pressure or temperature, asked me how much I weighed or examined me in anyway. Then she told me how the testing is going to cost thousands of dollars. This is not a practice for the middle class. They should have to acknowledge that.

As a member of a family that has lived in many areas of the U.S., I can state that she possesses all the best qualities that anyone could expect of a personal physician. Her professionalism transcends to all of her staff. I am truly thankful Dr. Brooks decided on Brunswick as the home for her practice.
