My server was Lyndsae. I ordered a Pina Colada and the baby back ribs. She came back to say they were out of the ribs, so I ordered the Broccoli Chicken Alfredo, which was good. Lyndsae never came back to the table except to ask if I wanted dessert. I ordered the apple pie. A few minutes later, someone else stopped by my table to let me know they were also out of ice cream that goes with the pie, and gave me my check. Upon leaving, Lyndsae was behind the bar and I stopped by to say the worst part of the meal is that I didn't get a glass of water at which point she laughed and said "You didn't ask for a glass of water." I left without leaving a tip, which is something I've done twice in my life. This place is always void of customers and now I know why. read more

I had lunch today here & since it was Veterans Day I decided to sit at the bar! The drinks were spot on -- perfectly mixed and super refreshing. Very dirty inside. Upon entering the restaurant was empty, the person that ended up being our waitress walked past us did not greet us did not acknowledge us we stood there 5 min before we got any help. I haven't been to Applebees in over ten years so I was excited to give them another try. When we were seated we had to listen to the long list of food items that they were out of. My family and I stop by for a quick bite first dinner. Everything was going along just fine until out of the blue the largest watebug came on the scene crawling up the wall in the last booth. I had just bite into my classic bacon cheeseburger (that was good) and had to stop eating to tell my family to just get and not turn around because it was now, coming down towards us. Thankfully, our waiter just walked by and I showed him. He looked both embarrassed and horrified following by taking off immediately. The manager came and was most apologetic. Local resident at this Applebee's location here. I would recommend avoiding this particular store if you at all value the preparation of your food. I ordered the scrimp and parmesan sirloin steak on the July of 26th, '23, with two available sides. After a full 40 minutes of waiting, I got my steak that was supposed to be cooked medium-well, red and bloody - essentially raw, and the sides were incorrect. After the food was sent back and re-cooked for an additional 20 minutes, the steak was cut open, only for some parts to be cooked medium-rare to rare at best. Aside from terrible service and slow waiting times, I know the staff personally - they are very nice and considerate. As a tip, always check your food here before eating, especially if it is to-go. We arrived at 8. We didn't get drinks until 20 minutes after we sat down(no straws). I only ordered appetizers and it took 2 hours to get that. The food came out cold with a piece of hair in the sauce. The waitress was not consistent at all. She forgot half of my order and still never brought the straws. The service was incredibly slow-- it took 40 minutes for our food to arrive. When I finally received my chicken and shrimp, the shrimp was ice cold, and the chicken was undercooked and pink. I asked for a remake, but the waitress didn't acknowledge my request. Later, when she brought refills, I was given the wrong drink. WTF. so the guy next me order a drink for me, his girl and his himself. she brings the fru fru she order led that took a 5 min to make, but no rum and coke for my new buddy and I. So after 50 min at a bar waiting for the drink I asked her, where the hell are our drinks, as did my partner. The GM came up, l said where are our drinks.... Everyone at the bar was on my side. he could have said, sorry let me make you gents a drink Wonton ( I was sober) and make it all good. He chose the high road, the customer is always wrong. Very unhappy with the Warner Robins restaurant. Since when do you go to a restaurant with a large group and your not allowed to push tables together. We read previous reviews and hesitated to come. Glad we decided to give it a try! First, our server, Tralencia, approached our table as son as we were seated. She patiently smiled while we decided on drinks and entrees. I was very specific about how I wanted my blackened Salmon cooked and she passed that along to the chef. Both my meal and my husband's meal were cooked to perfection. The entire dining experience was one of the best we have had in Warner Robins in a while. We will be back! read more

Dropped by this Applebee's on a whim after spending a Sunday morning viewing the incredible aircraft at the Robins AFB Museum of Aviation. I was in the mood for nachos, and by Gawd, the menu boasted Beef Nachos for $9.99 ! Had to go there. The server was Michelle, and she politely asked if the sour cream and jalapeno slices would be OK. You bet, Michelle ! The nachos were very plentiful and very good, fresh chips, the beef being seasoned ground meat, sour cream, chopped chives, jalapeno slices (and rather mild ones, I might add), cheese, and probably an ingredient or two I forgot. I grew up in the area. This I have had food poisoning from this Applebees 5 separate times. So, when I say I am scarred for life, I mean it. I won't touch another Applebees because of this one in my hometown. The BOH is full of drugs. The only thing they had going for them was a decent bartender or two. If I could give this place a zero I would... It was my birthday yesterday so we wanted to go somewhere that had a lot of variety. We chose Applebees on Russell Parkway. We walk in and the place is practically empty but we were advised it would be a 35 minute wait unless we wanted to sit at the bar. No problem! We seat ourselves and the bartender Sameria comes up. Very pleasant and took our food and drink order as we were ready. My husband asks her if she would mind turning on the race on one of their 10 tvs. She says sure. We receive our drinks and wait. Roughly 20 minutes later we have our food. My husband had the nachos and I had the chicken penne. My pasta is cold. The breadstick was warmer than my food. Still no race. His tea is gone and so is my cocktail. The bartender never came back by to refill our drinks. The race was never put on. We were constantly overlooked by other patrons at the bar. I see the other reviews and they are dismal, but my family & I had a decent experience at the local Applebee's. Given I wasn't expecting 5 star restaurant service, but it was clean, our food arrived in a timely manner and our server was cute as a button and very attentive to us. Food was of standard fare, we dined on chicken quesadillas, balsamic chicken & a steak. *shrugs* Wasn't out the ballpark delicious, but for a total meal plus appetizer for under $30, it fit the bill. I'll be back, but mainly because they have a well-priced Happy Hour and their drinks are yum. read more

My fiance and I ordered food from GrubHub and when the order arrived we were missing her food. We called the restaurant and the employee that prepared our food stated that they had forgot her order. My fiance drive to the restaurant in severe weather just to get her food and when she asked the manager just to refund the price of her order that they knowingly admitted they forgot they refused to refund any part of our order. Worst customer service. Ordered $140 worth of food. My dad is allergic to cheese, ordered his salad without cheese. They delivered our food. His salad had cheese. Called them back, for them to tell me that we had to contact door dash to have it corrected and redilivered. I got upset and asked them to just put it back on my card. They told me I would have to contact door dash for them to contact Applebee's to put the salad price back on my card. Never again will I order or go again. read more

This easily counts as one of the top-5 WORST restaurant encounters of my life. My son secured a table around 12:20. We walked out at 1:40 without eating or receiving our food (although we left $5 on the table for the drinks), after having 2 manager visits and a couple of server visits to assure us that our food would be out shortly. In the meantime, our drinks were not handled, and EVERY OTHER TABLE we could see or hear was having the same issue. Servers were hardly to be seen. Our server did come by one time to promise a drink refill, and the bartender came 15 minutes later with the drink, telling us that our server was in the back making our food, because the manager wasn't doing their job. An hour and 20 minutes to make 3 hamburgers and a chicken sandwich? I will be hard-pressed to find ANY reason to spend my money at this store anytime in the near future. read more

An exercise in mediocrity. I came in for half priced apps. I arrived on a Friday at 4:30 and was seated quickly by a friendly hostess. I found out that only a select subset of the app menu was included in the half price promotion. So I decided to order a sampler. The food came out pretty quickly, ten minutes after ordering to be exact and the server was friendly. Now to the food. I ordered Kobe meatballs, Sriracha Shrimp, and Pot Stickers. The cheese atop the meatballs refused to melt and the cibata bread on the side was burnt a little, but that was ok. The meatballs themselves weren't too bad, but nothing to write home about. The shrimp was supposed to be fried, but the weak "Sriracha" sauce it was coated in had made them soggy and the breading was having real problems staying on the shrimp. I was disappointed in this dish because it had absolutely no bite. Very bland, yet they had the nerve to invoke the name Sriracha! The pot stickers were not pot stickers. Sure they had the filling and the wrappers, but these things were deep fried! There were two sauces that accompanied these imposters. First was a peanut sauce that tasted like paint thinner. Second was some soy sauce concoction that had broken so every time I dipped a fried thing in, all I got was oil. I mixed it up for them and tasted again. It wasn't bad. Nothing more than a slightly thicker, slightly sweeter soy sauce. Well I know it sounds like I'm running the food into the ground, but I will be honest, I ate it all and didn't complain. I mean, why would I complain? I really don't think an Applebee's kitchen could produce a better version of any of the dishes. I guess I would recommend this restaurant if you just wanted to chill and not really give much thought to flavor. The atmosphere was clean and friendly, but the food was just so-so. Three stars. This is like a teenager's idea of classy. I mean it's not Donald Trump classy like a Red Lobster or something, but yeah...3 star mediocrity. read more

I and my son had lunch at this applebee's restaurant grill and bar. We had the .25 cents wings special and the chips with salsa. The waitress aka hostess Tasha was very courteous, friendly, kind, considerate. Oh yes she works hard for the money, meaning she was a cut above and beyond the call of duty. The wings were a little salty in my opinion however #delicious It was such a delightful experience. It will be my pleasure to attend and dine at this applebee's again even for an intimate dining date.
