Went to try the all-you-can-eat for $15. I got the wings and my boyfriend got the riblets. The wings reminded me of Zaxby's, old wings with fresh sauce. The riblets were better. For his reorder, we shared the shrimp. That was the best. Service was great. I'll be back but not for that all you can eat. read more

Service fell well below expectations Wednesday were seated very fast, greeted by our waitress and she took our order. We asked her for utensils, napkins and hot sauce....20 minutes later we still had no utensils and napkins. Our food arrived and we reminded her of the need for napkins sauce and utensils, I got what I needed from the host. We were ignored, she passed our table multiple times to attend the next booth to us, she never brought us the items requested I understand she was having a busy day with the booth next to us but the lack of attention was unacceptable. The food was good but the poor service significantly made a huge impact and not returning, asked for no bacon on my burger and was ignored. read more

Applebee's Grill + Bar - Asked for no bacon... - American Near Me - Easley, South Carolina

Waited to be seated...finally seated in a broken booth...took so long to be waited on, we got up to leave...that's when a male server looking ready to take an order said "Do you want another booth?"...yeah, so you knew the booth was broken. Won't go back...and that was our first time there. read more

first off god awful time to order food, and even longer to get the food I ordered the four cheese Mac and cheese it was smaller than usual with less chicken and on top of that it was all cold and tasted horrible mind you I always order this same dish, then mom got the chicken tender plate her "tenders" were mostly fried breading and were also cold, officially on the no eat list. especially since they refused to reheat it read more

Great food drinks and friendly staff. Love this place always a good time when dining . The pick three appetizers plate was yummy

Everything was amazing especially the service and people it was delicious we would eat there again anytime

Sat down on a Tuesday night and didn't see the waitress for about 5-10 minutes. Finally the waitress came and took drink orders. Took about 10 minutes to get a simple beer. Also ordered a mix drink and a random worker came and sat it down in front of me, didn't say what it was or even ask. I asked what it was and it was like I was the biggest inconvenience in the world to this lady. Finally got food order and it actually came really quick. Saw a manager start walking around and the overall service improved so If you don't see that expect mediocre. read more

No potatoe option, said no stove.. but everything on my sample platter was mostly microwaved. The cassidia looked like a 5 year old slopped a spoonful of something? In the tortilla Then carelessly chopped into 3 pcs. Not the prettiest, but edible. Frozen cheese sticks nuked edible . Chicken wings(?) I always question that, because not enough meat on most wings, to make that big a bite. From time we gave our order until we left was almost the time we waited for a table. 40 min. Quick in and out ,but not an impressive dinner. No alcohol for us. Maybe if we had a drink first, the food would have been better. No return for us. read more

Applebee's Grill + Bar - Artichoke spinach dip. Too long in microwave , that cheese top would have made a good Frisbee - American Near Me - Easley, South Carolina

10/10 always great friendly staff that serve us. Food is excellent and affordable and good atmosphere

I wouldn't recommend the Top Sirloin. Half of the steak is fat! The broccoli and potatoes were delicious. read more

We arrived at 4:45 on a Sunday and were immediately seated. The staff was all friendly. The restaurant was clean and dimly lit. All of our food was cooked perfectly and came out hot. Our drinks were always refilled without us having to ask. The reviews had us worried, but we had a pleasant experience- we were a party of two with a toddler. read more

Recently took our kids here for lunch and the waitress was very nice! Unfortunately the quality of the food was so poor and the chicken tenders were tiny / overdone and so hard. Felt bad for the staff because they were nice but probably won't be back. read more

No long wait and food was amazing. Can't remember our waitress name but she was awesome.

Applebee's in Easley has decided to join the ranks of the liberals we just voted out of office. They have elected to violate our Second Amendment rights. There is now a NO CONCELED WEAPONS sign in the lobby. After speaking with the manager, he stated that they had a situation with a customer with a gun. The manager is strongly convinced that the sign would have stopped the bad guy. I am a Veteran and have appreciated the treatment by Applebee's over the years. I will not be back until the sign comes down. read more

I went to lunch today, I got off early and had lunch with a co worker. I had the four cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken strips. This time it was much better. For an appetizer we had the spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips. I'm really not a fan of artichoke, but it was ok, not Copper River's spinach dip by any means, but it was alright for Applebee's. The pasta was cooked to more than just al dente and the tenders were crunchy, but tender on the inside. I enjoyed my lunch and was pleased with the mature waitresses they have during the less crowded lunch time, if you arrive at 11 am. read more

My favorite place to dine. The host was polite, the temperature was comfortable and the food was delicious.

Very hit or miss. The food is always decent and the restaurant clean. Service is also usually pretty good. The problem is being seated. Twice now, both on weekends, I've been put on a wait list with ample seating available. Tonight I counted 13 open tables and booths. Not sure why there was a wait at all. read more

you I did not have much of a high expectation when dinning in. But I must say the service was amazing and special shout out McKenziee with the glasses was an amazing waitress. Constantly checking on me and making me wanted. read more

Hey y'all. If you want a nice casual fun family dinning experience DONT GO HERE ON THURSDAY NIGHTS!! Normally I would say this is the best food and service of any of the local Applebee's I've been. But tonight Thursday night was like going to a full on bar complete with drunk lady walking the entire place with two bottles of beer. Karaoke so loud you can't hear yourself talk and people dancing the full circle of the bar!!! What the absolute what. Applebee's turned into a honky tonk overnight!!! This can't be good for business. NO ONE WANTED TO SET IN THE SECTION BETWEEN KARAOKE SET UP AND BAR. Music was so loud we couldn't even hear the waitress speak and she couldn't hear us either. Food was still good the waitress was trying but was probably thrown off after hours of this bombardment or musical torcher. read more

The food was terrible.and I spent my whole meal listening to the staff (including the manager) talk about the worst STD you can get and beating the ass of one of the workers baby daddy. I will never come here again under any circumstance. They couldn't pay me to come back. Just terrible. read more

Applebee's Grill + Bar - The mashed potatoes tasted like milk amd had the consistency of cottage cheese. - American Near Me - Easley, South Carolina

I recently ordered a DoorDash order from Applebee's in Easley South Carolina and it was probably one of the worst experience ever. The Whiskey hamburger meat tow days old and there was no whiskey sauce on the burger. I paid for extra crispy onions and got a ramekin of sour cream. The french fries were cut in half and tasted like they had been sitting in something all day long the smallest french fries I have ever seen. The donuts I normally get when at the restaurant is like overflowing with powdered sugar. The donuts delivered had no powdered sugar hardly on them and the last thing I would say is I did receive no utensils no napkins. read more

Robert B, karaoke on Thursday night has been an event at the Easley Applebees for the last 12 years. It didn't become a "honkytonk" over night nor is it now. The singing takes place on the far side of the restaurant and the loudness is controlled to that area although music can be heard throughout the restaurant. not sure about the drunk lady walking around but Applebee's staff does a great job controlling anyone causing a distraction whether drunk or not. patrons are encouraged to attend the Thursday night Karaoke and many regulars do just that. Music can always be turned up or down just by asking. While karaoke is not your cup of tea, it means a lot to others. Similarly, menus are available for all because everyone does not like the same things to eat. read more

Always had a good experience here. Food and staff are great. Great choices for everyone to choose from.

Chip the server was great!! The music was a horrible selection and way too loud. Tons of Dolphin fans were there to watch the game and the music was such an interference. The food is sub par. read more

The prices my guy....they change and switch up 24/7 .... I'm tired of ordering the same thing and it go from 23$ to 27$ to almost 30$!!!

I tried the new chicken fiesta bowl at Applebees and asked for the rice to be on the side and I wanted extra veggies. I got my order curbside and the server came right out with my order. She reviewed what I ordered with me but what she said was wrong. She went back in with my order and about 5 minutes later the manager came back out with my order and asked me what and how did I order and I told her. The order was right the first time. She apologized. I loved it and I hope they keep these on the menu. Very tasty and not too spicy. This is my new favorite. Thank you Liz for everything you do to please your customers. read more

This location is good! My boyfriend and I went on a Saturday afternoon, and really enjoyed it. Our server was quick, attentive and friendly. We ordered some appetizers to munch on for lunch, and they took no time at all (approximately 10-15 minutes) to arrive at the table and were delicious! There was plenty of food and it was good for the price point. The atmosphere is clean and overall a great family restaurant! read more

I would rate this with no stars if I could. Arrived at the restaurant and meal order was taken. The service is horrible! First of all I asked for extra 1000 island salad dressing. Well when the extra dressing didn't arrive I should have knew this was going to be a bust. Shortly later my wife's food arrived. The broccoli she ordered had no cheese on it that she requested. The steak she ordered was supposed to be medium well, however it came out well done. It was on the border line of crispy. So I sit here right now wonder where my waitress is bc I really would like a refill on water. My wife sits across from me wondering where her steak is at. Well the steak finally arrived after I ate all of my food. The manager brings the steak out. Well guess what the steak is over cooked again. I told the many before my wife even cut into it that the steak was over cooked again. So she cut into it and guess what. The manager says yes the steak is over cooked again. Honestly I never come to Applebee's because the food and service always sucks. So I decided to give it another try. Well the old saying applies here. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I want be back? read more

I would have to say, it's rather over the top to first get mediocre service. Then when you need something the employee's act like its a chore to them. I get that it's late to a degree, if its too late for you to work then don't work second (2nd) shift... When you tip you tip, right ? People get normally what they give.. To finish this, you go to have a breathe of air before You completely finish everything. Well, while you're outside you get checked on... I'm not a teenager, so I don't walk out on bills.. Ok, put that to the side, then not even 300 seconds later (5 minutes) the restaurant manager has to come "check" on you? What is going on here? Seriously? Thinking that a customer is sub-par is one thing, showing the customer you think they are... Well in my opinion is something completely different... Classic moment of judging a book by it's cover .... Go here if you want, #mediocreservice and #tobejudgedwithnoframeofreference .. Will not be going here ever again... read more

The food and drinks were good, however we ordered the "$6" Special drinks. I wanted sugar on rim and husband salt. The server came back about 10 minutes later stated that something was wrong with the system and that they would be $6.50. We said fine. We get the drinks and they are not the $6 drinks. Not sure how many times we stressed $6 drinks and to make it even worse, there is no salt or sugar on the rims. She asked if we wanted her to bring to us to put on the glasses. Who does that? So my husband tells her no we want you to take them back. She appeared very annoyed and when we realized that she didn't know which drinks we were referring to, my husband goes to the bar and informs her of the ones that we wanted were the frozen ones on the website. Another thing she did not ask. So, I take it she was frustrated and had the manager come over to the table and she "Liz" asked my husband if we knew what we wanted. I guess the server didn't inform her that she had asked if she could bring the salt and sugar over so that we could garnish our own glasses. Not sure about you, but I've seen too many show where the staff is suppose to know what the specials are. The server didn't ask had we been there or not. Did not state the specials. Anyhoo, I went to the manager because we were just going to leave and go to the other one that was not to far away. She insisted that we stay and she would get us another server. She did and the rest of our night went well. I hope that Alexis was happy with her tip. read more

We like Applebee's but disappointed in our experience this evening at the Applebees in Easley SC. The electronic gadget at the table to pay was a terrible experience. The instruction on it's use was missing, & nor clear. We finally had to call the waiter to try to pay our bill. Surly they can get a service rep to revise it, and make it clearer. Our small steaks seemed to have a lot of grissel,& we had to leave 25% on the plate. We are both over 60, but spent a lot of $ at the restaurant. Will have to consider going back to Ruby Tuesday for better service. Gerald S. read more
