I am giving it three stars because the staff is friendly, our waitress was awesome but our recent visit today was a sad one; we ordered two hamburgers well done and one hamburger was still pretty raw inside. Gross. They did take it off our bill but our incredibly long wait makes me wonder why the burger was raw?? It's incredibly cold inside, I always bring a sweater. We hadn't been to Applebee's in a long time because the last time we had gone, (btw we had the same great waitress) they brought me out my chicken salad which was missing the chicken and the dressing. If I'm gonna get a burger for now one it's gonna be at five guys!! Never had a raw one there before!! read more

Service was terrible and the food was worse. Been to many applebees over the years and was looking forward to go this visit. Salad was never delivered-the waitress stood by the door chatting. I ordered the grilled chicken, was so tough I couldnt eat it. The grilled veggies were barely warmed over, I didnt order raw vegetables! My husband ordered the baby back ribs, they were overdone and tough. Garlic mashed potatoes were lukewarm. Waitress didnt seem concerned over our disappointment. $3.00 was taken off our bill. Have always been skeptical about the Applebees chain but after visiting the one near Calloway on Tyndall Pwky my opinion has changed dramatically. Our waitress, Samantha, was keen to our order, worked in a timely manner, and provided AWESOME customer service. She was so friendly and personable the next time I visit I will ask for her section if possible!! The food was great! We had wings and beer while we watched football and my glass never got empty! Samantha is a prime example of what serving food should be and i was highly impressed with the service!! Will be visiting more from now on!!! read more

Went out for date night and ordered a 3 course meal and it all came out at once I told the waitress my food Is going to be cold by the time we are done with salad and appetizer so she took it back to be put under heat lamp . By the time we got to dinner the noodles where over cooked and mushy and bread sticks where hard as a rock . But me and my husband don't like to complain so we asked for check and I explained the sign say if we don't offer any of the alcohol drinks you get free buffalo wings so I pointed at sign and she had the nerve to start laughing and then ask if I want a drink to go . That not even legal to serve alcohol to go . So at this point I as for manager and explain what is going he say he will have dinners remade and give us the wings so all is right well I was wrong manager did not remake food he went in back and put the already gross food in container and gave it back to us at this point I just want out of there and NEVER to go back but we are still waiting on the wings 30 minutes later we have to go to another waiter to see what is going on . You lost are business and we go at least once a week but NEVER again . read more

Food was good, as usual from an Applebee's. The server was not very good, but, she could have been having an off day. The biggest complaint was that it was freezing in there. We were seated under a vent, so it was really bad. My wife and kids were uncomfortable, and, looking back, I should have asked to be moved to a different location. read more

I went with some work friends and my daughter. The staff was friendly, the food was ok but my fries were cold when they came out. I also ordered a blonde brownie and it was not as good as one I had at another location. Also they never even tried to take my appetizer dish away when we were finished with it even though I tried to give it to her and they really were very stingy with the lemon. When they were ready for us to leave they let us know. I don't plan on going back. read more

We recently ate at this location. My wife has speaking difficulties from a stroke and our waitress, Audrey B., was so helpful and kind. Not only did she provide great service, she took extra time with my wife to understand her order. After all that, she then told us she had paid our bill in honor of her grandmother who passed away as a result of a stroke a few years ago. Such a sweet act of kindness. Applebee's is lucky to have her and, BTW, the food was great. We had the chicken and shrimp dish and my wife had a small steak. read more

I had the most amazing time ever!! Our sever ( Danielle ) was very nice. She checked on us every 2-5 minutes. The food was very good. Although we did only get appetizers it was still very good. The manger ( Brian ) was very nice. The bartender ( Brandy ) was very nice too. I recommend everyone reading this to go to this Applebees!!!! :) :) read more

Slow, food is not so good as usal for a typical Applebee's. And the waiter did not know what she was doing she took forever with getting the check ready. We just left the money on the table with no tip. read more
