My entree which was fish was lukewarm and my fries arrived 10 minutes later. Applebee's has really gone done hill. We ordered a to go lunch, it was chicken Alfredo with noodles and broccoli. Our broccoli wasn't cooked at all, we couldn't even chew it. I believe you've changed your Alfredo sauce because it wasn't as tasty as before. We were regular customers to you but we'll be looking elsewhere to enjoy some better food. read more

We stopped by on a Sunday evening with the family and to start off ,the area and floor were dirty . We entered our order of ribs just to be told minutes later that they had been out of ribs for few days . I order bone in wings and wonton tacos . For the kids we order kids pizza w yogurt . Kids order came out and we were told that they had no spoons for the yogurt . When asked what happen to all your spoons , waitress responded that they get stolen and management refuses to buy more . So we asked what if I had order soup . She said that they been instructed to make light of it and say you can use a straw to sip it. She apologized and said they even asked managers to buy plastic ones and they refused . Seeing how upset and unacceptable it was she offer to see if she could track some down . She came back with one spoon and recommended the kids share . She actually said someone else was using the other one. Then I get my wings and they turned out to be boneless not what I had requested . When I brought it to her attention she said they are out of bone-in wings and offer to get me something else on the house . At this point I didn't want to take the chance and just agreed to eat the wings and the cold Wonton tacos . The waitress was apologetic and why I still ended tipping her 15% + but in retrospect you figure if these issues were going on prior to our arrival she should of know . Possibly just tried to slide in the boneless . If we had know we would of walked out. I'd give her the benefit of doubt, but management has no excuse . This experience was unacceptable. The food was served fresh and as requested. Burgers are very good. However, this location is badly dated and worn. The first bench booth had worn out seat cushions. The next table we moved to was grimey. Not Clean. A napkin swipe across the table showed black dirty smudge. The restroom also not clean. The server, apparently new, (trained???) seemed uncertain about cleaning the table and other server duties. New and trying despite all. Hmm!? Generally, we like Applebee's. We all understand that restaurants have had it rough over the last year, but I'm a nurse, and managed to still do my job correctly through it all. So as much as I hate to give a bad review...it has to be said...I'll try to make it short. We placed a very easy order online for carside delivery. Well, we waited 10 minutes past the promised time, and decided to go inside. There were at least 2 people standing around doing nothing. We weren't even acknowledged. Saw orders sitting on a table, and after waiting a while, just decided to get our bag ourself. We could have probably taken all the orders sitting there if we wanted to. No one would have cared. Anyway, not that big of a deal I guess, except for the fact that I tipped someone under the promise it would be brought out. It's just very frustrating. People should do their jobs. It's not that hard. The worst part is no one even asking the simple question, "Can we help you?" But perhaps that's too much to ask these days, since there appears to be no work ethic anywhere, and a lazy pandemic everywhere. read more

Didn't receive drink until we asked for it, again. When our drink arrived Candace, our server, asked for not just my partners ID but also mine even though I wasn't the one drinking? How strange.. First time ordering online and having it delivered as I'm caring for family that recently had surgery so couldn't not make it to the store. The delivery came and the wanton tacos were without the filling, the ceasar salad was without dressing and we received an additional salad we did not order. I called the store to report the issue and have the missing items delivered. They refused to deliver it despite have paid around 7 dollars for delivery. They offered for me to pick it up at the store. No thank you. The manager couldn't seem to be able to fix the problem by having the items delivered. I will not be retuning to this store. read more

My family and I love going to different Applebee's. The server Kristen was very sweet and friendly. She is the reason for three stars. She interacted with us. The cook messed up in the steak, but was fixed. The bartender Mercedes needs to find a different job. She act like she dislikes people and the way she talks to customers and workers is not what is needed in a place that is about customer service. I wanted to give them one star. read more

We had a rough experience with Applebee's last night: We we arrived there was no one waiting, but there wasn't an open table to accommodate our party of 8. The host told us he couldn't tell how long the wait was going to be, but since there was no one else waiting we decided to stay. Over the next HOUR (no joke) we proceeded to watch as at least 12 4-tops were seated in front of us... apparently the staff doesn't know that two 4-tops pushed together equals an 8-top. And, yes, this could have been done several times. Once we were finally seated it took forever for our server to bring our drink orders... and then, when he finally took our order, it took about 20 minutes for our appetizers to come out. Then a while later our food came. The food was good. Average Applebee fare. We ordered from the 2 for $20 (one appetizer, two entrees for $20), so it wasn't like we were expecting something new, different, or amazing. It was good though! For our appetizer we ordered the Spinach and Artichoke Dip with Chips. I love this appetizer! Mmm, mmm, mmm! For our entrees, my husband ordered the bacon cheeseburger and I ordered the riblet basket. Both were delicious. We were annoyed with the long wait, it took too long for our food to be served, and I'd much rather eat at a non-chain restaurant, BUT we'll probably be back at some point. So we thought we snag a quick bite but after being seated, we waited 15 min before we even saw our waitress. She was very pleasant and took our order. After another 15 min we still didn't have our drinks. When the waitress walked by I asked about our drinks and she mentioned our food was going to be a while. After 3-4 min without drinks we opted to let another waitress know we did not anticipate the wait and we rolled out without food or drinks. They were probably about at 30-40% occupied so no real reason to wait that long. Well I want to say that since getting married my husband and I don;t get to go out to dinner very often due to work scheduling when we do get time together we really like to have a good time and good food..... THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT WE GOT TONIGHT. Our server Lisa was great... the food we ordered was delicious. My hubby had the 9oz sirloin and it could melt in your mouth I know cause I had a couple of bites. They still have 2-4-1 drinks that is hard to find @ Applebees (trust me I have looked). WE TOTALLY LOVE THE EXPERIENCE AND WILL GO BACK SOON. My second visit within two weeks, while seated at the bar. Same bartender. I may have known her name if she decided I was important enough to tell me. The first visit, I noticed that after I spent a significant amount of time pondering the menu, to decide on two half-priced appetizers, the bartender was suggestive of specials toward the person who sat down later beside me. No big deal; I know when people are busy and can't afford time to every single guest. I do remember, that she checked on me just before the tab. Tonight, I thought, "Since I'm having the exact same experience, let me see how long it takes from the time she slams down my food -with no eye contact- until the time she "checks in," which to me is as simple as a head nod to make sure everything is going great. 15:25, and that was a couple minutes head start. So, when she finally approached me, at this point, I still haven't touched the plate. Moral of the story is, my chicken wontons were excellent as always, and as I'm writing this eating a cold chicken platter (I can't even find the name of this dish on your website), is still satisfying. To be entirely ignored, and by that I mean I'm far from looking to be catered to, is incredibly against everything I was trained to be while working underneath your company, barely four years ago.
