Vadim came to do an initial…read moreassessment and clearly explained the entire process from start to finish since it was our first time making an insurnace claim for hail damage. They set a time, arrived at the house early and finished the roof install in one day. A separate team came by the day before and after to remove and re-install the gutters. Vadim and someone else from his team stopped by to check progress and do a final sweep to make sure all the nails were removed from the home premises. Overall, super happy with the results and effort taken.

I have really nice 'molding' type baseboard and nothing wrong with it so no reason to pull it out except it would be easier on the installers. They were going to glue down the laminate - NOPE! even I know that you don't glue down laminate, it's a floating floor system. And so I went to Smitty's, who were wonderful! the installers were perfectionists, it looks beautiful, and the job was cheaper than Lowe's wanted. I couldn't be more pleased. I'll never go anywhere else for flooring and have rec'd them to all my friends and on NextDoor.
