I spent 110 euros for a replacement MacBook Pro 13 inch retina charger and a charging cord for my iPhone. The girl working on the first floor couldn't even tell me which one was couldn't even tell me what was the correct laptop charger.. she told me to go upstairs to ask a technician and she didn't seem interested in helping me, I had to search it up myself. The place wasn't even as busy as some of the other apple stores I've been inside so their wasn't an excuse. (I always go to one at least once or twice a month because I end up losing my iPhone head jack). My questions were very basic knowledge that every apple employee should have. read more

Great spot for a meetup, but I was early and so I wandered around and checked out the latest iStuff even though I'm a dedicated Android user. Other than being in Spanish and priced in Euros (though I did overhear some English), it's the same as any Apple Store in the US. read more

Terrible customer service. people who work here do not care. They make it as difficult as possible to buy anything. Visit 1: waited 45 minutes to speak to a guy regarding finance. by the time the one person had cleared the queue they had sold the MacBook I had reserved. Visit 2: was told that they had one remaining MacBook but I was not allowed to buy it. I had to wait 45 minutes for an appointment to be told that it had been sold. The staff here need training urgently. As I am trying to replace a MacBook that has stopped working after a few years for no reason I am seriously considering buying another brand and avoiding this all together. read more

The genius bar is an inaccurate name. Although there are lots of people in red shirts milling about, only a few of them help at the so-called genius bar. After 30 minutes, I finally got one to talk to me and tell me I needed an appointment and the next available was over a week away. The guy also told me I'd be better off going to an Apple store in a different country. I went to the store because the online scheduler didn't work. I am not happy with the service here! I am very fisa as a apple customer who has gone to apple for several devices and upgrades. This store is lacks knowledge of products as well as knowledge of direction for clients. When you walk in and see no red shirt worker, want to approach or ask you if you need help like most apple stores globally, it makes you wonder what happen to the training. Apple need to retrain the staff in this store. No customer service skills whatsoever. Telling a customer whose phone is dead while they are traveling overseas to make an appointment online that requires phone ID is ... True, it is how all Apple stores operate but these are not usual circumstances. On a side note refusing use of the bathroom to a customer who just coughed up €1000 + is plain rude. Next time I request the use of facility prior to making a payment lol. read more

I need to change my iPhone 6 battery, so I've contacted the Genius Bar trough Apple's webpage. I'd receive a call from Cork on the 24th of January for a quick assessment and diagnosis, by the end I was asked to select a place for the replacement. Due my almost immediately urgency - I was leaving Madrid on the 1st of February, I've asked the for the Apple store located in Madrid's downtown. So I was informed that I'm the next 3 to 5 days I would be contacted to make an appointment, which means from the 27th of January until the 29th... yep, they did called me... yesterday the 5th of February, one week later from what I was told from Cork main euro office, and after I got back from my weekend, during which after 3 hours my battery drained out, leaving me without phone! Disrespectful and ignorant service!!! I came to this store to see if my iPad and iPhone can be repaired. First thing you see is a queue at the entrance. Later you realize that this is a queue to talk to consultant. It took me 25 minutes to wait in a line to talk to him and find out that I had to talk to Another consultant that had another queue. It took me another 40 minutes to wait and finally I got an appointment. I was not given NOR approximate DATE neither TIME of the appointment. On my question when approximately I may have one I've got the answer: " I don't know!!! Can be today can be next week. I should wait an Sms with the info when I can be attended!!! " In 3 hours I had received and Sms that in 30 minutes I can be attended!!! What Apple expect me to do: drop everything and run back to the store!!! I found all situation ridicules!!!
