Took my Honda to these guys twice with a brake problem. First time the rear brake was completely…read moregone, it would bottom out when pushed. The Paulin fix lasted one week. Second time the fix lasted one week as well. Problem was, I was in the middle of a road trip, so I got by with the front brake. Arriving home, I took the bike to Owens Cycle. Problem solved for half the price of Paulin's, and the problem is truly fixed. The son of the owner has adapted the old mans attitude, there service is extremely poor and there prices are very high! They act like they are doing you a favor doing business with you. I will not do business with the Paulins again.

Went in today at 1:00, walked out at 1:17, no one ever acknowledged I was even there despite a parts guy behind the counter who was helping 2 guys while I stood just down the counter waiting and several salesmen who appeared to be just talking amongst themselves. I'm a young 23 year old woman who was looking for a helmet for my e bike to block the rain/be safe in Seattle and stopped while driving through. Was given great recommendations and help with my glasses without them being pushy and tried on many helmets until I found the perfect one. Really appreciated their patience as someone who didn't really know what they needed/wanted. I would highly recommend as I tried looking in the Seattle area and noticed many took advantage of my lack of knowledge to push the most expensive product/ make fun of my wants for "cute" helmets but not here. Appreciated the nonjudgmental atmosphere a-lot as someone who is hoping to upgrade to a beginner motorcycle in the future and will have a lot of questions.
