Unprofessional, unethical, and downright childish! I have never met such unprofessional individuals…read moresuch as Stephanie Williams and Tracy Whisenant. Mr. Whisenant was my buyer's agent on a property that I found, did not remind me to reflect on my contract through the process, and was having me paying for costs the seller was supposed to. After 6 weeks of working with him he didn't even know my name or my loan type. When I called Stephanie to complain she told me "he doesn't have to know your name how is that important?" and laughed at me. So when I terminated my contract with him as is my prerogative as a dissatisfied consumer he refused to respond to me and then he and Stephanie tried to collect his commission at closing when Stephanie worked with my new agent AND accepted my new contract! These two are SHADY individuals who I wouldn't trust to buy a doghouse from. Also, on my closing day Stephanie decided to be childish and hide the keys to the house to delay my walk- thru! I am embarrassed for these alleged real estate professionals behaviors. Shame on you. Sorry that the almighty dollar has done this to you.

Rachel helped us with the purchase of our first investment property in Charlotte - and it will…read moredefinitely not be our last. As an out-of-state investor who's brand new to the market, it is crucial to have a trustworthy and experienced agent. Rachel came highly recommended, yet she had exceeded the high expectation we held. She was patient in educating us on different areas and market condition with both well-sourced data and valuable insights; she has a wonderful taste in real estate properties and knows the area inside out, and brought us the unique opportunity we invested in; throughout the closing process, she demonstrated a great level of commitment and efficiency to ensure we never miss a beat; last but not least, she is the kind of agent who is fully invested in building a long-term relationship with her clients by putting their needs at the center of her work. As an experienced investor who worked with many agents in the past, we understand the value a good agent can bring. We cannot thank and recommend Rachel enough.

We are now moved in to our new home, and looking back I don't know how we would have done it without Rachel! She was helpful in every single part of the process, from answering questions about different neighborhoods, sharing her experiences, helping with best practices, and doing it all in the most timely manner for which I could have asked! I had to follow up with her a grand total of 0 times, because when she says she is going to do something, she does it! When it boiled down to the negotiation, Rachel was helpful in being polite but firm with our sellers -- seriously, I wouldn't have thought to have asked for some of the things she suggested. As a first time buyer, I was especially inquisitive and new to the negotiation process. Not only did she still diligently respond to all of my emails, but I feel completely comfortable with the deal that we got on our home because of her involvement and her level of detail that went into explaining everything. I usually wouldn't post such a long review, but I sincerely appreciated Rachel's assistance and can't say enough good things about her. HIGHLY recommend.
