It's also great to know exactly WHERE your food is coming from. They work with small farmers and can honestly tell you about all of them! When I met them at the Farmer's Market they told me they were like a Farmer's Market on wheels, and they really are. They bring the farm right to your front door. Give them a try--you won't be disappointed at all. Our favorite products so far are the uncured bacon, the burratta, the Natalie's OJ, the meadow butter, the dam good English muffins, the steaks, and of course the MILK!
