There was live music in the middle of the square where there was outdoor seating. We enjoyed a box of donuts while we figured out a brunch game plan. This gem is a must when you're in town.

With it being so popular, it can get a bit crowded regarding people and parking. It's a common spot to visit and I can definitely see why! There are a ton of food options, small shops, drinks, and random entertainment. While walking through, we saw a magician and an acoustic guitar performer. A lot of the shops we stopped at had quick and efficient service, they must be used to the crowds. My only regret was not being able to fit all of the different foods I wanted to try! If you're visiting with a small party or have a small appetite, definitely look up the different options prior to selecting something. (:

The produce here isn't fantastic compared with Tim's (where the house sign is a woman holding produce to cover her chest...but no melons). As a plus, Broadway Produce sells loose beans and lentils, including black beans--a bizzarely difficult commodity to locate on West Broadway. Sometimes they are a little dusty. Now before you go crazy it's not a ladies of the night flesh market but a man's meat heaven. I mean a line of charcuterie cups filled with amazing selections of cured meats to go. Hands down some of the best product placement advertising I've ever witnessed. Ok, for those who love things that previously had faces for your own consumption you'll love this place. Now I didn't grab some of the chorizo bites yet I sure will on my next visit through the Granville market. Everything looked so tasty and wanted it all to get in my belly. So many meat options my head swirled around like a case of vertigo. Now I would suggest an extra stop at another place name Zara's Italian Deli. Upon locating grab some Mediterranean Olives mix cause it's the essential pairing with the flesh grab... I only wish I had a bottle of wine but defiantly and bottle of water is needed.

They were rather dry and hard to chew, but maybe that's just me but overall, it was a great place to get some cured meat and cheeses and grab some bread from one of the other vendors to make a perfect picnic lunch.
