I was…read moreblown away by the picture opportunities that they have out and the condition of the pumpkins. great choices and none had soft spots. we do our thing and go in to pay. little family run place with Dan in the market working on things. his son in law was at the till. had a wonderful chat with him. he told me every morning someone is out checking the pumpkins and refilling, pulling the pumpkins that have soft spots. someone rebuilds the displays where you pick pumpkins and take pictures. All around a good sandwich, but we found it strange that they only offered it with chips, and no upgrade to fries, which were available as an add on order. As we ate our sandwich and waffle fries we realized there was no smell of oil in the air or sounds of a fryer, which had us scratching our heads. We looked for a hood too and noticed none. Eventually we realized that everything here is commercially air fried, which was both fun to learn and somewhat surprising. If this place had a fryer, it would be SO much better, but considering this limitation, it was solid. The sauce selection was huge too. I loved that you could taste them all and that they offered some amazing deals too. We found a few that warranted us checking a bag on the way back so we could enjoy them on the other side of the border, and I'm stoked they offer online ordering and shipping so we can get some more when they run out.
