The staff was super friendly but professional and efficient. They kept in touch with me, letting me know what needed repair immediately and what could wait, what everything was going to cost, how long it would take, and when it was ready. My husband had traveled all from Washington State to pick up our daughter from college, and this is the kind of disgusting, exploitative behavior they encountered. Instead of allowing them to retrieve the U-Haul, the tow operator demanded $200 on the spot or threatened to take it to the yard, which would've cost over $1,000 and left them stranded overnight. They were coerced into paying to avoid even more damage and delay. What's worse, this same company threatened the young employees of the burger establishment, telling them they couldn't move their own cars because their license plates had already been recorded. Those employees ended up having their vehicles towed after being intimidated by the same tactics by this deplorable company. It's an absolutely appalling abuse of power.
