All incoming folks need to be buzzed in and the waiting area is small with just a few chairs. Thankfully in all my visits, I haven't had to wait long and their reception staff is polite but straight to the point. Dr. Belli is definitely a super nice guy. He is talkative, engaging, and patient which is more than I can say about a lot of doctors I've seen. His bedside manner is excellent and he takes his time to explain things and answer questions thoroughly. I was experiencing some discomfort in both feet, but with some new supports and stretch routines, I'm feeling much better. If I had any constructive feedback it would be to consider closing the doors of each of the two rooms when there are patients inside. More often than not, I would hear of other people's ailments or issues being discussed so loudly it was as if I was in the same room. The walls are thin but everyone can hear everything at any time. This was a common occurrence each time I went. I have no problems with anyone eavesdropping on me, but I could certainly foresee this being an issue with folks who aren't expecting it. It also wouldn't hurt to upgrade the equipment in the receptionist's area, I almost thought a dot matrix printer was in there the technology was so old. I would recommend Dr. Belli to anyone who is experiencing foot issues. For all perspective new patients, this is a not a place to be in a rush. Call ahead of time if necessary and appointment issues are almost always best handled on the phone.

Service: 4/5 Made an appointment to see the doctor. I was…read moregreeted by the receptionist and asked to fill out some forms. I made an appointment for 11AM but had to wait for a long time. By the time I saw the doctor, it was almost 12:30PM and I was irritated. What is the point of making an appointment if I have to wait that long? When I finally met the doctor, I realized why he was delayed. He's super friendly and accommodating. He made me feel very comfortable from the beginning by engaging in small talk. He also seemed to know all of his patients. "Hey how was your vacation? I hope you had good beer!" The doctor took some xrays and gave a diagnosis. There's a reason why this place has so many good reviews. Dr Belli is extremely thorough. He asked numerous questions and did multiple tests. He spent close to an hour explaining my symptoms and showed how to relieve/stretch the areas of pain. Dr Belli might be one of the nicest doctors in New York. He loves what he does and he's very good at what he does but I wouldn't mind if he kept the small talk to a minimum. The wait was super long and I left his office close to 1:30pm. Considering my appointment was at 11am and I arrived ten minutes early, I wasn't expecting to leave his office so late. If you're in a rush, this is not the place for you but if you need a diagnosis from a extremely friendly and thorough doctor, I recommend you visit Dr Belli.
