From the start, Jennifer was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. My aunt was extremely nervous about the situation, and because English is not her first language, it was incredibly helpful that Jennifer is fluent in both Mandarin and English. Being able to explain everything clearly in Mandarin made a huge difference and immediately put my aunt at ease. Jennifer took the time to really listen, showed compassion for my aunt's situation, and gave thoughtful, honest guidance without rushing or pressuring her in any way. By the end of the call, my aunt felt much calmer and more confident about her next steps, which honestly meant a lot to our family. It's rare to find an attorney who is not only knowledgeable but also generous enough to donate their time and truly care about helping the community. We sincerely appreciate Jennifer's help and would highly recommend Amity Law - especially for Mandarin-speaking clients looking for clear, compassionate legal guidance.
