I made the decision to start researching attorneys. I Googled, Yelped and even ChatGPT'ed. Joseph Collier was at the top of all those searches. I reached out to 5 different attorneys and made the choice to work with Mr Collier because of his timely responses and how he clearly explained his process. It was all very clear and concise. He was incredibly informative and guided me every step of the way. I'm a huge rule follower so I had a ton of anxiety but Mr Collier kept my mind at ease and assured me throughout the process that I was doing everything correctly. If I ever had questions about anything, we would get back to me within 24 hours. We started the process in March 2026 and everything was finalized last week July 2026. I don't plan on going through this again but if I have friends or acquaintances asking for a referral, Joseph Collier will be the first name I tell them. I highly recommend his service.

I understand the limitations of at-will employment, but the response felt dismissive and didn't take the time to consider any specific details of my situation. It left me genuinely confused about the role of an employment law firm in California if this is the default stance. I was hoping for at least some guidance or insight, not a one-line shutdown.
