That left our floors looking dull and dry and stripped. So, we contacted SS and they send the same guys out on 0817/19, order #175467 to do something, which honestly, it did work. We noticed what looked like water drops in our living room where the guys had gone through to get to our bedroom as explained above and that weekend, I did my usual cleaning by sweeping and I had intented to mop to get up those dried water spots on my hardwoods....except they wont' come up! I've gotten down on my hands and knees trying to scrub, but nothing is working! So, we report this to the Gastonia location who has refused to come back out to rectify this situation. Something about it had to be the same guys, Brian the "Manager" said. What a crock?!? You didn't clean up your mess and now I'm stuck with this until YOU are available? Now, it's been 3 weeks and I'm LIVID! NO............I don't want the same guys back at my home EVER! NO....I'm not going to take time off of work to meet you! We have been MORE THAN PATIENT WITH YOU PEOPLE! I honestly can't understand why I'm reaching out YET AGAIN for you to fix what you've done! Brian? Do NOT call me!
