Ken responded right away and inspected for yellow jacket nest location. I thought it was in the…read moregutter. The entry was in the corner of a soffit where the chimney connected to the house. He treated it with insecticide dust, but because of how many swarmed decided to check attic the next day. The nest wasn't in the attic and he concluded that it was between the visible aluminum soffit and the original wooden soffit He order a product for that and applied it. It killed most of the nest and the outside foragers will die within a couple of days. He came back the next day to seal the opening. He is knowledgeable, professional, and diligent. He clearly takes pride in his work and in being thorough, rather than necessarily fast--which was the impression I go from other contractors. His price was very reasonable I strongly recommend him for your pest solutions.

WARNING -- Read before you sign anything. I want to be fair:…read moreChris and his crew were professional, honest, and did their best to fix a situation they didn't create. Chris G.is the reason I'm giving this one star instead of zero. The problem is Branch Manager Michael W.and Sales Rep Damien G. Damien came to my home when I was frightened and distressed about what he told me was a raccoon in my house. While I was panicking he FaceTimed Michael who -- without ever stepping foot in my home -- directed Damien to write up four separate charges totaling $3,835.98 without explaining a single one to me. I was told to "sign here" and here on an iPad. That's it. I later discovered I had been signed up for services I never agreed to including a $58/month recurring charge that was never mentioned. I only found out when a technician showed up to spray my yard and I said -- what are you doing here? Here's the kicker: when Chris and his team came out later they told me there was no evidence of a raccoon in my house. Only mice. The entire contract was built on a lie told to a frightened woman. What followed was months of chargeback battles, collections threats, and coordinated internal emails designed to silence my dispute. I have since filed complaints with the FTC, Kentucky AG, and West Virginia AG. Chris -- thank you for your professionalism and honesty. You are good at your job and you treated me with respect. Michael and Damien -- you picked on the wrong person. To anyone reading this -- do not sign anything on an iPad without reading every single charge first. Do not let anyone pressure you while you are scared. And know that you have rights.
