I have had issues with this Generac generator ever since the install…read more The first review was because the only repair tech. had family issues and they could not even give me a date as to when someone might show up to help repair the unit. I called a company that Generac listed as a better company and that is really a business in the state and not just claiming to be local. Still having issues and no help the other company came out andf after getting a bill for what was supposed to be a warranty repair. I paid for a 10 year extended warranty that covers parts labor and travel I received a invoice for 200 dollars which included 1.5 hours of travel. After finally getting Generac involved again the company advised that the reason it was not covered under the warranty is because this issue should have been caught and fixed in the initial installation. I once again am going to have to deal with a system that is not working properly because A Plus not only screwed up the install they could not get out here to fix their problem. Now I have to go after them for costing me to bring out someone to fix their screw up.

They looked at my garage door and replaced my springs, lube all areas that needed it. The door worked just like new. he did say "he couldn't guarantee the opener". The opener was 15 years old. They didn't push it to purchase a new one, they said "I could call them anytime I needed service". Overall, I decided to replace my old opener, and I love the new opener so much quieter. I went from a chain to newer belt model what a difference. The technician/installer was very professional. He is also very veteran friendly and offered a discount on the work he provided.
