the owner is the most unprofessional person i have ever encountered. first they told me a week for…read moremy 2nd door took over 3 they scheduled install 8days after receiving door then called on day of delivery n said wrong color came in, before this n after installation of 1st door that was dented, on the trim they bent over the nails and the trim looked like a WV back road it was so curvy not straight and the board the spring was mounted to was split badly where they ran nails so much to the point the contractor said it was dangerous that spring is under tension & if board broke more could blow apart n hurt someone or property. I called them wasn't loud or rude like I was later accused of and sent them pics but was never contacted to say anything. so on day of install 2nd door owner calls was extremely rude I tried to tell him I cant get insurance til these doors are up n he acted like I was wrong for asking why this wasn't caught 8 days ago when it came in, tells me he's going to set me straight and doesn't need my business so I told him refund me and keep both doors, he said fine and I told him to lmk when and either myself or my contractor would meet them to let them in but apparently they didn't need my permission to cut a part of door n unluck door and remove the door without anyone home or telling me leaving my doors fully open now with tools, mower, trailer and supplies for the remodel unsecured now. I called them and was told that since they refunded me which I have no proof of that they had every right to enter my home and remove the door. I have called sheriff and made report and my next step is to file with the attorney General and BBB. you dont enter a person's property like that its illegal and breaking and entering but also VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Very disappointed. Talked a good talk but when it came down to work they never worked more than 3…read morehours. Paid them for over half the job and they barely did any work. Very unprofessional. Kept asking for money and we kept trying to help them But the tin hung was barley hanging by a few screws. Made excuses every day. the Work just kept getting sloppier. And complained constantly. We had a cash bonus waiting for them at the end of job if they could have finished it. I don't believe they knew what they were doing. I lost money by letting them go but the work was pitiful.
