Not a smart phone, but a very basic one. We got one. The assistant didn't let us even get through the door before jumping on us. The person serving us didn't even help with the set up, nor check the box and check everything was there. I spent over an hour trying to set the phone up. The battery and sim card wasn't in place and n to help. The online one was useless. I can honestly say that when I'm due to upgrade my phone, they will not be getting my business.
