I went to another location spoke to a manager who went over the policy with me in detail and I was able to deposit my check no problem! In sacramento you get a call center and have a difficult time getting in touch with personnel from the bank. I was able to get in touch with Andrew and he's great about calling back. He scheduled me a meeting quick and broke down the details of our accounts to help us understand how we could save $$$. At the conclusion of our meeting he upgraded our accounts and had great conversations. The staff is personable and attentive.
