The driver arrived early, as it was a very cold evening and he said he wanted to be there when they were ready to leave. The next big kindness shown was allowing the groom to include his dog, that was part of the wedding. The original dog transportation back home had a change and the driver quickly accommodated. Both the bride and groom said the driver was A+. Next, even though not planned, the driver let them drop their stuff off and then took them to meet up with their friends at a local Mount Dora location. I received a confirmation email about a week before. Upon landing, at 11:30pm there was no driver to be seen and their office was closed. They never showed up. And worse yet, when I called I had to call 3 times the following week to finally get an answer as to why I didn't get a car, and they simply said " your driver wrote the wrong date down". I was less than satisfied and I will never book with this company again. Be ware if you don't have a back up plan, you never know when they just might "forget you".
