I'm on the phone, I didn't see she was on the phone because what is she doing on the phone at a cash register and then I said I just wanted to know if there is another cashier opening and she said Jesus Christ I'm on the phone. Another register did open and I asked the cashier who was wearing a shower cap with the individuals name is and all I got was I'm talking to someone she's the manager. I don't know who she was talking to. She was wearing a shower cap and head braces. That's the only way I can describe her. This store has become so pathetic. I live down the block. I will continue to shop in Hollywood, Davie or in North Miami. This store is so understaffed and have poor help that it has it's ridiculous

I don't have any pictures because mostly everything I buy here is a gift. Throughout the years I have gifted family members, former colleagues and friends with some of the unique items from here. Don't get me wrong, I have purchased "plenty" of Brighten jewelry for myself, but I never bought myself a "Hug in a Can" although many days I can use a hug. Can't we all? My mom loved her "Hug in a Box" and the teddy bear that is tucked inside is adorable. She also loved the fortune cookie I got her. I picked the gold tone cookie but they have silver too. The store typed out my message and inserted it into the cookie. This is a great gift for anyone. They sell cute tops and they have a solid assortment of cool masks. Put it this way, if you need a gift for anyone you should stop in. Everything here is unique, the prices are reasonable but most importantly, the people working here are more than helpful & not in a smothering way either. The checkout area has a seat and desk. Receipts are hand written and the personalized service is the best! They are located right off the Turnpike on Glades Road. A few stores down from Bagelworks. I found this to be very poor customer service especially since I wanted to purchase more clothing and I have been shopping there for years. They were completely inflexible. I received a telephone call this morning from the owner and the store manager to apologize for what happened yesterday. I returned to the store and not only did they exchange the pants but they gave me a discount on an additional pair of pants that I purchased. All I can say is WOW. So, customer service wise, I was pleasantly surprised. The store needs a good cleaning and the racks of clothes weren't organized well.
