From day one, they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They showed up on time every morning, communicated clearly throughout the project, and even sent me progress photos every evening before they left so I always knew what had been accomplished. What impressed me most was how much they genuinely cared about the quality of their work and about making sure I was happy every step of the way. They kept the work area incredibly clean (which is so rare), and I never felt like I was living in a construction zone. They also went above and beyond by helping with things that weren't really their responsibility, including assisting with installing my bathroom cabinet and helping with the countertop. That level of professionalism and kindness is hard to find. I received several bids before starting this project, and while they weren't the cheapest, they were worth every penny. You may forget the money you saved by hiring the lowest bidder, but you will definitely remember the headache of having to redo bad work. Choosing these guys saved me from that. Even my kids were sad when the project was over because they had gotten so used to seeing them every day! They work fast, communicate well, take pride in what they do, and deliver beautiful results. If you're on the fence, just hire them. I would recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation.

When I moved into my house in 2023 I got new flooring and the previous company did such a horrible job that the tiles started cracking right away. I finally had to do something about it. Looking for what felt like forever I finally found Hurtado's Tile and Stone. I was greeted with a warm and friendly man named Richard. We came to an agreement to do my kitchen/laundry as well as my office and outdoor tile. He helped me so much along the way with picking tile, giving advice and even getting me good deals. The projected started and his dad Efren and brother Brian started the job right on time (this has never happened and I have dealt with a lot of contractors/workers). They continue their work and were always communicating and on time. This is unheard of for me. He even helped me find someone to do another job I needed which also turned out amazing. The flooring came out exactly how I wanted it, so beautiful! The quality of work is amazing. But what is even better is they are just great people. They cleaned up after themselves and were so respectful. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough.

I like the ease in working with him, he is reliable and trustworthy, comes when he says he will and has good communication. Engaging his service was so easy - based on our communications via Yelp, I just sent him my granite slab receipt, he picked it up, cut it to size, came on time, did a precise demo (minimal mess, no dust clouds in my kitchen), then custom fit and installed my new countertop. He even cleaned up the other countertops in my kitchen and sealed them all up so everything matched and looked great! It was beautiful, better than I was expecting! And he cleaned up the floors of any dust from the work. Once everything was complete, only then did he take payment for the job. He is really fantastic, I really appreciated his attention to detail in making all the lines straight, clean and tight, and he just does such professional work at a reasonable price. When I insisted, I was told to "F-off"... literally. I am now suing them. The countertops are uneven. Instead of cutting corners at 45 degrees or even square, they did this odd cut in my kitchen (see photos). The kitchen sink was not installed with clips as directed. Instead Victor created a narrow "lip" to set the sink on. When filled with water, it came loose and crashed. There are huge gaps between The island countertop is higher on the right side than the left. See photos. The difference in size between left door and right door in photo. This is because plywood was not laid correctly. The stone for the bathroom sinks was not cut to size. It hangs over on 1 side. The sinks leak. He cut holes for soap dispensers which do not line up. See photo of the screenshot of the text messages from the owner (his sister), ""f-your sink" "And "f you too" when I asked them to make an appointment to check out the problems. It's not a plumbing leak. The sink has fallen away from the countertop because it was not installed correctly and it leaks into the cabinet when water get's in between the sink and the countertop. Had Victor bothered to call to find out what was going on, he would have known this. But he said once the job was done, they had no further liability. He is wrong. CA law has an implied warranty of 1 year on all workmanship. Also, see email from Lisseth DePaz then check out the review she left herself "Lisseth D." Since you can now see they are liars... RUN! First I dealt with Matthew who was the project manager and completely dropped the ball on this project. A month after installation my floors started lifting and he tried to tell me it was a plumbing issue & a leak in the floor and it wasn't a floor failure. Had a plumbing inspection done and turns out there was no leak. Reached back out and he never got back to me through text or call, so I wrote an email. Then I get a text from Walter who said he's the owner and knew nothing about the project but saw there were issues & informed me Matthew no longer worked for the company. He was very on top of it, came in to look at the damages, paid me back for the plumbers to come out, told me he would make it right & fix the floors. Scheduled the floor repairs for August 9-11, tried getting ahold of him the week before he was supposed to come in. Phone is off, and never showed up to fix the floors. Even emailed the email on his business card and nothing. Completely unprofessional especially when he was so on top of it to make it right to just ghost me and never show up or even contact me.
