Not knowing how much MPH the truck takes I filled to 3/4 of a tank and only used 1/4 (so left a half of tank). I gave a call to customer service and they won't reimburse for gas so I spent an extra $60 and the extra miles to get to a gas at a station that I won't be getting back! They said basically said it sucks to suck. So all in all the conveniency is terrible! Personally I think the truck should be filled before anybody rents out a truck so you exactly how much gas to put so the customer doesn't get ripped off!
